The ocean of skies

This project is the second in a series that began recently and which I sincerely hope to continue. The idea for this project came practically out of nowhere: I looked for things that caught my eye and, once I found them, I started to put them together. I let my imagination run wild, I let the ideas flow, without limits or constraints, without any real logical sense, and I must say that I don't mind the end result. The concept of this series of projects that I am trying to carry out is precisely this: let your unconscious guide you, indulge it and see what it can produce if left to act undisturbed.

The scene depicts a man, alone at the top of the sky, observing the wonders that surround him, while another explorer tries in vain to reach him. The world below them is not the one we know, in this world there is no difference between sky, sea and land, but it is all united in a whole that is at once chaotic and calm. (yes, for those who are wondering, the idea of the turtles came to me because I recently watched the Disney film "Treasure Planet" again).

The finished work exudes a pleasant feeling of peace, calm and stillness, which makes it (in my opinion) even more intriguing.

The whole project is a composite made in Photoshop.

This project is now available on NFT Showroom, with a size of 3840x2160. It is a project that has amused and intrigued me in all aspects of its realisation and I hope you can appreciate it.
