Greetings my dear friends, today I want to present you a new digital painting which is based on a character I designed in a quiet moment while I was practicing some physical drawing.

Saludos mis queridos amigos, hoy quiero presentarles una nueva pintura digital la cual está basada en un personaje que diseñe en un momento tranquilo mientras practicaba un poco el dibujo en físico.

We are in the presence of a fallen warrior who shows the grotesque wounds that were caused during that last fight on the battlefield. His core has been exposed as well as his cold, metallic interior. Without strength, without reason to exist, without worldly impulses that motivate the heart to continue forward, only the binary memory of that presence remains, which created him and sent him to suffer and fight for the honor and glory that our immaculate warrior will never know. Today his circuits are extinguished and without having lived he knows that horizon, which can be seen by being in the presence of the arms of death... His last reserve of energy is used to try to contemplate what lies ahead of him on the horizon that he managed to appreciate during those infinite seconds where he understood the emptiness and ephemerality of his own existence.

Estamos en presencia de un guerrero caído el cual muestra las grotescas heridas que le fueron causadas durante esa última pelea en el campo de batalla. Su núcleo ha quedado expuesto al igual que su frío y metálico interior. Sin fuerzas, sin razón de existir, sin impulsos mundanos que motiven el corazón a seguir adelante, solo queda el recuerdo binario de aquella presencia que lo creo y lo envió a sufrir y a luchar por el honor y gloria que jamás conocerá nuestro inmaculado guerrero. Hoy su circuitos se apagan y sin haber vivido conoce aquel horizonte, que se ve al estar en presencia de los brazos de la muerte… Su última reserva de energía es usada para tratar de contemplar lo que le depara más adelante del horizonte que logro apreciar durante esos infinitos segundos donde comprendió lo vacío y efímero de su propia existencia.

The character was first created in physics with a common pencil and then I digitalized it with Photoshop, I will leave you two Gifs with the evolution of both the pencil drawing and the digital version. I will also add the images so you can see more detail in each part of the process.

El personaje fue creado primero en físico con un lápiz común y luego lo digitalice con Photoshop, les dejare dos Gif con la evolución de tanto del dibujo con lápiz como la versión digital. Además les agregare las imágenes para que aprecien a más detalle cada parte del proceso.
