There are some depictions in the bible that iblove si much, how the scriptures were woven with clear descriptions and proper arrangement matter for us to learn some form of mannerisms and cultures and use the wisdom dreived as it applies to us.
The baptsim of Jesus is one of those depictions and it has done well tonexplain the aereis of events before and after it. However, our imagery of this event seem to have been currupted by the various intentions of men to cloud salient fact. If they had the power to obacjre these writings from the scripture itself, they would. However, as this would raise more awareness and expose them, they have chosen to indicate these things in the work of arts and depict the very wrong imagery instead.
Why is the baptism of Jesus always depicted as the dove and the voice coming while he was in the water??? When it clearly states in the scriptures that he was out of the water (Mat3:16,Mark 1:10), Luke even said he was praying when it happened. (3:21). These depictions were clearly acts of creativity,by nen with probably good intentions, but imagery matters and once formed, it's hard to erase. Satan has used wrong imagery right from the beginning, be careful what you watch and listen to in the name of Gospel. It can do the direct opposite, and even the "strong" can be deceived. Do your due diligence to study the scriptures for yourself and everyday. You ll never regret it.
Now there are many other movies, songs even those termed to be gospel which are very far from the gospel. Many people have been decieved to call and follow this but deep down, the spirit behind them works destruction.
In conclusion, there is a spirit behind this and it is called the spirit of error. It knows the right thing but it continues in the wrong part until those following also despise the right path. Error is differenr from mistake. For a mistake, once detected, can be restored while error is often discovered at the end point.
May God direct our paths aright.
Amen
