Really, why is the Hakone Ekiden so wonderful - it's so moving.

Even if you don't care much about athletics, I don't think there is anyone who wouldn't be moved by his words.
... I would like you to remember the name 'Hirabayashi'!I am sure that in a few years' time you will see him running in the Olympic marathon with the flag of Japan on his back!
Talk about the appeal of running.
Although I was impressed by the Hakone Ekiden, it is difficult for ordinary people like me to experience that level of emotion for myself.
We don't have the talent like the athletes and we don't have the spectacular training.
But actually, you can experience "1/100th" or "1/1000th" of that emotion by running!
For example, when you run five kilometres to the finish line, you will feel a small sense of achievement: 'I did it!'you will feel a small sense of achievement.That small sense of achievement may be a small part of the excitement felt by the Hakone Ekiden athletes, but it is still an emotional experience.
Furthermore, I have yet to run a marathon, but if I were to run a marathon and finish it... it may not be as good as the Hakone Ekiden, but it would surely be a great emotional experience for me.
This is the great thing about running.You can build up small emotions at your own pace.That's what I find attractive about running every day.
People who start running after watching the Hakone Ekiden.

I always run with SuperWalk running, and I saw a lot of people running, especially during the first few days after the Hakone Ekiden.
Particularly amusing was the sight of two small children running hard together.
It was kind of heartwarming to imagine, "I bet those kids were also influenced by the Hakone Ekiden."🤣
Well, I myself am one of those who started running exactly one year ago in January, influenced by the Hakone Ekiden (relay race).
MOVE TO ERAN recommendations for 3-day-olds.
The many runners inspired by the Hakone Ekiden that we saw yesterday and today will probably not be seen again in about three days to a week.

Here's the thing, I would like to recommend MOVE TO ERAN to those Hakone Ekiden affected runners.
In fact, I was able to continue running for a year because of MOVE TO ERAN.

こんばんは、まだお正月気分が抜けないぺんたです。
お正月の２日と３日は箱根駅伝を見た人が多かったのではないでしょうか？
本当に、箱根駅伝ってなんでこんなに素晴らしいのでしょうか～感動しまくりです。
特に國學院大學の平林君の言葉が本当に感動でした。
（興味ある人は「國學院大學 平林清澄」 などで検索してみてください。今なら絶対あの演説の動画が出てくると思います。）
陸上競技にあまり関心がない人も、彼の言葉を聞いて感動しない人はいないのではと思います。
・・・「平林清澄」の名前はぜひ覚えておいてほしいです！数年後のオリンピックマラソンで、日の丸を背負って走る彼の姿を目にする日がきっと来ると思います！
ランニングの魅力を語ってみる
箱根駅伝を見て感動したものの、僕のような一般人は、あのレベルの感動を自分で体験することは難しいです。
選手たちのような才能もなければ、壮絶な練習もできませんから・・・
でも、実はその感動の「100分の1」や「1000分の1」なら、ランニングで味わうことならできるんです！
例えば、5キロを走ってゴールしたとき、「やり遂げた！」という小さな達成感が湧いてくると思います。その小さな達成感は、箱根駅伝選手たちが感じる感動に比べたらほんの小さな一部かもしれませんが、それでも感動を体験できるんです。
さらに、まだ僕はマラソン大会に出たことはないのですが、もしマラソン大会に出場して完走できたら・・・箱根駅伝には及ばないかもしれませんが、きっと自分の中に大きな感動が生まれそうです。
これが、ランニングの素晴らしいところだと思います。自分のペースで、小さな感動を積み重ねることができる。そういうところに魅力を感じて毎日走っています。
箱根駅伝を見て走り始める人
さて、熱く語りすぎましたので、ここからはいつもの調子で・・・🤣
僕はいつもSuperWalkを起動して走っていますが、箱根駅伝があってから数日間は特に走っている人を多く見かけました。
特に面白かったのは、小さな子どもが2人で一生懸命走っていた姿。
「きっとあの子たちも箱根駅伝に影響されたんだろうな～」と想像すると、なんだかほほえましかったです。🤣
まあそんなことを言っている僕自身も、ちょうど１年前の１月に箱根駅伝に影響されて走り始めた１人なんですけどね～😅
３日坊主にMOVE TO ERANのススメ
昨日今日とたくさん見かけた、箱根駅伝に影響を受けたランナーたちも、３日から１週間程度すると見なくなってしまうと思います。
３日坊主という言葉がある通り、ランニングを継続するのは相当難しいですからね～
ここからが本題ですが、そんな箱根駅伝影響ランナーたちにMOVE TO ERANを勧めたいです。
実際のところ、僕が１年間ランニングを継続できたのもMOVE TO ERANがあったからです。
（これがなかったら・・・たぶん１年間は続かなかっただろうな～夏くらいで辞めてたと思う・・）
一度ハマってしまうとMOVE TO ERANの魔力は本当に凄いです。
真夏の暑い日でも、エネ漏れしないために、絶対に走ろうとするのですから・・・
誰かがＸでポストしていましけど、本当にインフルエンザでもなんとかエネ漏れだけは避けようとしますからね・・・（わかる人にはわかるポストでした）
という訳で、せっかく走り始めた箱根駅伝に影響を受けたランナーには、３日坊主で終わらないために、ぜひMOVE TO ERANをやって欲しいです。
まあSTEPNが有名ですが、僕的にはSuperWalkがオススメですけどね～トークンや靴の価格が安定しているので始めやすいです。
でもMOVE TO ERANならどっちでもいいと思います。僕もそのうちSTEPNGOも始めるつもりですし。
