First, on an unimportant note, some people in the Threads community refer to X as "Peketta". I think it's cute slang.
Now, I have always wondered if it is time for the next thing in social networking. The current social networking sites, especially Peketta, or X as I call it, is no longer chaotic for me, as the timeline is filled with information and then mixed with swearing, bragging, and cursing at others.
Then, in X, freelance writer Mr. Hiroshi Odagiri said, "I personally think that the letters I use on the Internet are not the same as the words I use on the Internet.
"Personally, I think that text-based platforms using the Internet are not suited for 'communication.'"

I agree with this opinion. I rarely communicate with others on X, Facebook or Threads. Once, a long time ago, I got flamed for something sports-related too, and I didn't make any concessions or compromises, and I didn't give my opinion (?) at all. I had to wait for time to pass because they never listened to my opinion. After that, I no longer wanted to write hard opinions. Now, I only talk to myself once in a while and post links to Hive articles.
This is not because of the Internet, but because I had this tendency even before that. Yasutaka Tsutsui's novel "Gaspar in the Morning" is a serialized newspaper novel written based on the opinions and requests of PC communication users. The record of the PC communication was compiled in a book titled "Dennou Tsutsui Sen" ("Dennou Tsutsui Line"). I have read it, and I remember that there was still quite a bit of cursing and fighting.
So, for my part, Hive is enough for me to express my opinions now, and I would like to concentrate on gathering information on other social networking sites, but because of the chaos, suspicious information can easily get mixed in.
I want a SNS that eliminates the interactive part from the SNS and specializes in information gathering and dissemination, but that can no longer be called a SNS.
Some may say that Yahoo! Japan is sufficient for information gathering. JAPAN is enough to gather information, but I cannot transmit information.
The same goes for major newspapers and web magazines.
In this respect, YouTube may be closer to what you want. There are news videos, and individuals can upload their own videos and transmit them. Comments can be turned off.
Interactive communication is still lacking in many ways with text-based communication, so if you want to communicate in the future, you may want to use videophone or zoom and record it.
However, I do not have the skills to make videos or perform live performances.
I think it will become inevitable in the future. Especially for information dissemination, such as for private exhibitions.
Or, if I want to communicate well, I would prefer to use traditional methods such as e-mail, letters, phone calls, or meeting and talking.
For me, unregulated social networking sites should be a place for complaints and soliloquies.

最初にどうでもいい話だが、Threads界隈ではXのことを「ペけったー」と呼ぶ人がいる。可愛らしいスラングだと思う。
さて、私は常々、そろそろSNSの次のものが出てこないかなと思っている。現在のSNSは、特にぺけったー、じゃなかったXを見ていても情報があふれたと思ったら悪口や自慢話や他人への罵倒がタイムラインに混ざり、私にとってはもはやカオスなのである。
そしてXでフリーライターの小田切博氏がこうおっしゃっていた。
「個人的に思うのはネットを用いた文字ベースのプラットフォームは「コミュニケーション」には向かない」

私はこの意見はその通りだと思う。私はXでもFacebookでもThreadsでもほとんど他人とコミュニケーションを取らない。昔、一度私もスポーツ関係のことを言ったら炎上したことがあり、一切譲歩とか妥協とかすることなく、自分の意見（？）を言って去っていくばかりで、こちらの意見など聞かないから、時が過ぎるのを待つしかなかった。それ以降、硬派な意見は書きたくなくなった。今はたまに独り言を言い、Hiveの記事のリンクを貼る程度である。
これはインターネットになったからではなく、その前からそういう傾向があったのだ。筒井康隆氏の小説「朝のガスパール」は、パソコン通信の利用者の意見や要望を元に書き進められた新聞連載小説だ。そのパソコン通信のやりとりの記録は「電脳筒井線」という本にまとめられていた。それを読んだが、やはり結構罵倒や喧嘩があった記憶がある。
だから私としてはもう自分の意見を言うのはHiveだけで十分なので、他のSNSでは情報収集に専念したいのだが、カオスだから怪しい情報も紛れやすい。
SNSから双方向の部分を排除して、情報収集と情報発信に特化したものが欲しいのだが、それだともはやSNSとは言えない。
情報収集だけするならYahoo!JAPANを見れば十分、という人がいるかもしれない。確かに幅広いジャンルの情報が得られるが、私から情報発信は出来ない。
大手新聞社・Webマガジンも同様。
その点ではYouTubeが希望に近いかもしれない。ニュース動画もあるし、個人で動画をアップして発信できる。コメントはオフにすればよい。
双方向のやりとりもやはりテキストベースでは色々と足りないので、これからコミュニケーションを取ろうとすればテレビ電話やzoomを利用し、それを記録するという方がいいかもしれない。
ただ私は動画を制作したりライブをしたりする技術が足りないが。
これからどうしても必要になってきそうな気がする。特に個展などの情報発信のために。
あるいはしっかりコミュニケーションを取りたいと思うならば、従来からあるメールとか、手紙とか、電話とか、会って話すとかの方がいいと思う。
無秩序なSNSは私にとっては愚痴や独り言の場としたい。
