Hope you all are doing great and enjoying good health. I am doing good too.
Today,I am here in this community after a long time to share the sketch of the anime character rico Robin.
Nico Robin is the intelligent and calm archaeologist of the Straw Hat Pirates in One Piece. A survivor of Ohara, she can read ancient Poneglyphs and seeks to uncover the lost history of the Void Century. After eating the Hana Hana no Mi, she gained the power to sprout her limbs anywhere. Once labeled a criminal, she found true belonging with the Straw Hats and plays a crucial role in their journey.
Today,I was tutoring my little brother and I saw colours and I just got the sudden urge to draw something.I selected this character to draw cause I liked her aura alot.So let's get into it.
I started by making the rough structure by using led pencil.
The after drawing the sketch,which took me alot of time I traced the whole sketch with black pointer which is my favourite part.It really gives you a satisfaction that you really did it
Then I started the coloring part but I didn't find the colored version of the same pose that I sketched.I watched different pictures and then just predicted some colors that matched the one from the pictures and started coloring.
I used pencil colors.I did have acrylics and water colors but they are not for this sort of drawing.It would be perfect if I had marker colors but I didn't have them on hand.So I just used my brother's pencil colors.
Then I just colour rest with purple color.At the beginning I just colored her hair grey but I didn't like it so I changed it into black with the pointer I was using.And clicked some pictures in my lawn.
Changing the hair color was a very good idea.It really gave her more neat look.I drew a sketch after a very long time and with very limited stationary so I was really happy with the results.
