Hello to all the community of The Anime Realm, to start this post I want to wish you a happy new year and this new year brings us epic and great moments. Now to go directly to what the title of the post says which to say that this year that passed brought us brutal moments in many aspects, we had animes that we did not expect much from them (Vanitas no Carte) and other animes that we had high expectations (The Promised Neverland season 2) and in both cases we got surprises both positive and negative (and some very negative it must be said) but today we will not talk about the negative but the positive that this year brought us and this post will not be a specific top but what for me was the best of this year, as you know this is a very personal opinion so if you consider that any anime was missing in this list, you can tell me in the comments and I will try to see it, without more to add let's start.

Anime starring Vanitas and Noah, this anime with Victorian and Steampunk style presents us a world in which humans and vampires live together in secret, having the vampires their own world and society but due to the curse of the Blue Moon vampire and the mysterious being in charge of seems to be the fulfillable of repairing the curse. The animation and setting of this anime are really great in addition to having a pretty catchy opening, and the mysteries that are shown to us through the work make us look forward to its second season.

I'm a big fan of horror anime although I've always been a bit against anime that use Ecchi to sell, but this anime that shows us poor Miko-chan and how one day she woke up with the ability to see spectra has been a quite original anime, and is that the attitude with which Miko tries to carry his new ability and face these spectra has been one of the most epic points of the story, plus the animation of these spectra is really brutal, coming to present moments of real terror, plus the Ecchi moments are well used and give a good touch to this work.

One of the surprises that for me this year brought was Tokyo Revengers, and that the first minutes of the anime make you believe that it will be the typical Isekai in which the protagonist with a life full of failures will go to another world and become a super broken character, but nothing further from reality hahaha poor Takemichi will return to his teenage times, going back through moments in which he felt miserable and that made his life the failure that it is, but realizing that this way he can get to save the person I love he will decide to do everything possible to change that future he comes from, and the one with a good character development, excellent supporting characters and an excellent opening, Tokyo Revengers has been for me one of the best anime of this year.

The second season of the story of this post apocalyptic world without technology is something that has really attracted me a lot, the idea of combining science with anime was one of the reasons why I liked Full Metal Alchemist so much was that, and Dr Stone in its previous season had already planted the precedent of the battle between the realm of science and the allies with Tsukasa and in this season we can see the result of this epic battle. With great animation and a very good opening the second season of Dr Stone did not disappoint us in the least.

The anime I've been waiting for the most this year and my favorite manga of all time, I know it's a bit unbiased but the new Shaman King anime for me is something I've been waiting for many years, being this a totally faithful adaptation of the manga and that even the chapters that have issued have managed to cover all the arcs of the classic anime and after the arc of the arrival in the United States has been faithfully adapted to the manga, including the arc of Osorezan Revua (this being one of my favorites) and also thanks to the last opening of the work we could see the 5 elemental warriors. The anime has presented us with a very interesting animation style although I admit that it is not the best of all but it is very good, also both openings have been quite interesting, especially the first one which retains some of the style of the old openings, certainly one of the best of this year.

The third arc of Kimetsu no Yaiba, and the continuation of the movie and the arc of the infinite train of this great work has brought us as expected an aesthetically beautiful work, with an incredible animation and incredible attention to detail, besides having an opening a really amazing opening. This new arc introduces us to a new Hashira and everything that the entertainment district arc will imply, and as I commented in a previous post Ufotable has done an incredible job in improving the art level of the manga, without a doubt one of the continuations that I was waiting for the most and that I have enjoyed the most.

To be able to tell you that this year brought epic anime would be an understatement, we also had our moments of disappointment but the important thing is that we had many more great moments, I hope this new year brings us many more epic anime and I hope to see you in a year's time doing a recap of the best of this year, without more to add I'll see you in another opportunity.
Hola a toda la comunidad de The Anime Realm, para empezar este post quiero desearles un feliz año nuevo y este nuevo año nos traiga momentos épicos y geniales. Ahora para entrar directamente a lo que dice el título del post qui decir que este año que pasó nos trajo momentos brutales en muchos aspectos, tuvimos animes que no esperábamos mucho de ellos (Vanitas no Carte) y otros animes de los que teníamos muchas espectativas (The Promised Neverland season 2) y en ambos casos nos llevamos sorpresas tanto positivas como negativas (y algunas muy negativas hay que decir) pero hoy no hablaremos de lo negativo sino de lo positivo que nos trajo este año y es que este post no será un top en específico sino lo que para mí fue lo mejor de este año, como saben es una opinión muy personal así que si consideran que algún anime hizo falta en esta lista, pueden decírmelo en los comentarios y trataré de verlo, sin más que agregar empecemos.

El anime protagonizado por Vanitas y Noé, este anime con estilo victoriano y Steampunk nos presenta un mundo en el que los humanos y los vampiros conviven en secreto, teniendo los vampiros su propio mundo y sociedad pero debió a la maldición del vampiro de la Luna Azul y el misterioso ser encargado de parece ser el cumplable de la reparación de la maldición. La animación y ambientación de este anime son realmente geniales además de tener un opening bastante pegajoso, y los misterios que se nos van mostrando a través de la obra hacen que esperemos con ansias su segunda temporada.

Soy un gran fan de los animes de terror aunque siempre he estado un poco en contra de los animes que usan el Ecchi para vender, pero este anime que nos muestra a la pobre Miko-chan y como un día despertó con la capacidad de ver espectros ha sido un anime bastante original, y es que la actitud con la que Miko trata de llevar su nueva capacidad y enfrentarse a estos espectros ha sido uno de los puntos más épicos de la historia, además de que la animación de estos espectros es realmente brutal, llegando a presentarnos momentos de verdadero terror, además los momentos Ecchi están bien utilizados y dan un buen toque a esta obra.

Una de las sorpresas que para mí este año trajo fue Tokyo Revengers, y que los primeros minutos del anime te hacen creer que será el típico Isekai en el que el protagonista con una vida llena de fracasos irá a otro mundo y se volverá un personaje super roto, pero nada más lejos de la realidad jajaja el pobre Takemichi volverá a sus tiempos de adolescente, volver a pasar por momentos en los que se sintió miserable y que hicieron de su vida el fracaso que es, pero al darse cuenta que así puede llegar a salvar a la persona que amo decidirá hacer todo lo posible por cambiar ese futuro del que viene, y el que con un buen desarrollo de personajes, excelentes personajes secundarios y un opening excelente, Tokyo Revengers ha sido para mí uno de los mejores animes de este año.

La segunda temporada de la historia de este mundo post apocalíptico sin tecnología es algo que realmente me ha atraído mucho, la idea de combinar la ciencia con el anime era una de las razones por las que Full Metal Alchemist me gustaba tanto era eso, y Dr Stone en su temporada anterior ya había plantado el precedente de la batalla entre el reino de la ciencia y los aliados con Tsukasa y en esta temporada podremos ver el resultó de esta épica batalla. Con una animación genial y un opening muy bueno la segunda temporada de Dr Stone no nos decepcionó en lo más mínimo.

El anime que más espere en este año y mi manga favorito de todos los tiempos, se que es un poco imparcial pero el nuevo anime de Shaman King para mí es algo que llevo muchos años esperando, siendo este una adaptación totalmente fiel del manga y que hasta los capítulos que han emitido han logrado abarcar todos los arcos del anime clásico y luego del arco de la llegada a Estados Unidos se ha adaptado fielmente al manga, teniendo inclusive el arco de Osorezan Revua (siendo este uno de mis favoritos) y también gracias al último opening de la obra pudimos ver a los 5 guerreros elementales. El anime nos ha presentado un estilo de animación bastante interesante aunque admito que no es el mejor de todos pero es muy bueno, además ambos openings han sido bastante interesantes, sobre todo el primero el cual conserva un poco el estilo de los openings antiguos, sin duda alguno uno de los mejores de este año.

El tercer arco de Kimetsu no Yaiba, y la continuación de la película y el arco del tren infinito de esta gran obra nos ha traído como era de esperarse una obra estéticamente hermosa, con una animación increíble y cuidando increíblemente los detalles, además de tener un opening realmente increíble. Este nuevo arco nos presenta a un nuevo Hashira y todo lo que implicará el arco del distrito de entretenimiento, y como comenté en un post anterior Ufotable ha hecho un trabajo increíble en mejorar el nivel de arte del manga, sin duda alguna una de las continuaciones que más esperaba y que más he disfrutado.

Poder decirles que este año trajo animes épicos sería quedarme corto, también tuvimos nuestros momentos de decepción pero lo importante es que tuvimos muchos más momentos geniales, espero que este año nuevo nos traiga muchos más animes épicos y espero verlos dentro de un año haciendo un reconteo de lo mejor de este año, sin más que agregar nos vemos en otra oportunidad.
