This is one anime that I wish I never watched.
You know that moment when you watch something so good, so addictive, that you get into a kind of high on it, then you're forced to stop and wait for the sequel.
That's exactly what I'm feeling now after binge watching the first season of the amazingly good post apocalyptic show.

The Highschool of the Dead

Plot

It was just a regular day in highschool for Takashi Komuro that is, before the attack came.
A strange disease that turns human beings to zombies wash over the school, their city and later shown, the world.
Now Takashi has to lead his group of friends through life or death situations as they fight these zombies and search for their families.

Although that isn't the official trailer, I feel thats the one that conveys the vibe of the anime the most.
It's a rush😩
Highschool of the dead is such an anime that makes you feel the trauma and urgency of a pandemic. I guess it hits harder after experiencing COVID.
It's such an enlightening anime that I think everyone should watch.
And here's why...

- The Animation is 🔥

Now this is one anime that the animation is so dope, so nice that you can easily mistake the year of production.
A 2018 anime has better quality than most 2020 or 2021..
The fluid movements and motions of the characters or things associated with the characters were well showcased and looked as real as an anime can be😭.

- The Action 🔫💣

This is a zombie apocalyptic genre and at such action was inevitable, especially gun action.
From the first episode, we see the characters scramble to get a ways of defending themselves and that is, in summary, a way of attacking the zombies.
The fights although not being drawn individual battles but quick scuffles and group wars are entertaining to watch, mixed with the great animation quality, it was a nice combination 👍

- The Echi Content 😍

It has been quite long since I watched or read anything that was in the least mildly arousing in anime so it was to my great surprise and delight that this wasn't all blood and gore😂
There's nothing ever wrong with a bit of eye candy to help grasp the boys attention, and despite it still being there, it didn't in one way change the state of the story or ever looked or felt unnecessary.
Infact, I dare say that they helped bring color and life to the story as they were placed in specific places.

- The Mental and Psychological Themes Brought up 🧠

One thing about all these post apocalyptic films is that it always goes to show a new side of humans.
It tends to show how different types of people react to different level of stress in strange environments.
That's one thing that really glorified the anime, the part that one has to decide what was morally wrong and shouldn't be done or what has to be done for the survival of the greater good.
We see these type of decisions through the course of the anime as we come across different characters who are dealing with it in their own way.
It was enlightening 🙂

If I were to name a bad spot to this aime it would be the inconsiderate and sudden stop of the anime's production.
Like the last anime I talked about RWBY the original writer of this series has passed away. Yet unlike RWBY, the co-writers and crew weren't just as tenacious and now every fan is left in the dark of what'll happen next 😔.

Overall Rating

Despite the bad part of the anime being incomplete, it's still a very good anime.
One that I encourage folks from the age of 16 and above to watch, due to half nudity, violence and all those yada yada

Este es un anime que desearía no haber visto nunca.
Conoces ese momento en el que ves algo tan bueno, tan adictivo, que te sientes drogado y luego te ves obligado a detenerte y esperar la secuela.
Eso es exactamente lo que siento ahora después de ver en exceso la primera temporada del increíblemente bueno programa post apocalíptico.

La escuela secundaria de los muertos

Trama

Era solo un día normal en la escuela secundaria para Takashi Komuro, es decir, antes de que llegara el ataque.
Una extraña enfermedad que convierte a los seres humanos en zombis inunda la escuela, su ciudad y, más tarde, el mundo.
Ahora Takashi tiene que liderar a su grupo de amigos a través de situaciones de vida o muerte mientras luchan contra estos zombies y buscan a sus familias.

Aunque ese no es el avance oficial, creo que es el que más transmite la vibra del anime.
Es una prisa😩
Highschool of the dead es un anime que te hace sentir el trauma y la urgencia de una pandemia. Supongo que es más duro después de experimentar COVID.

Y he aquí por qué...

- La animación es 🔥

Ahora bien, este es un anime cuya animación es tan genial, tan agradable que fácilmente puedes confundir el año de producción.
Un anime de 2018 tiene mejor calidad que la mayoría de 2020 o 2021.
Los movimientos fluidos y los movimientos de los personajes o cosas asociadas con los personajes se mostraron bien y parecían tan reales como puede serlo un anime😭.

- La acción 🔫💣

Este es un género apocalíptico de zombies y tal acción era inevitable, especialmente la acción con armas de fuego.
Desde el primer episodio, vemos a los personajes luchar por encontrar una forma de defenderse y esa es, en resumen, una forma de atacar a los zombies.
Las peleas, aunque no son batallas individuales, sino peleas rápidas y guerras grupales, son entretenidas de ver, combinadas con la gran calidad de animación, fue una buena combinación 👍

- El contenido de Echi 😍

Ha pasado bastante tiempo desde que vi o leí algo que fuera mínimamente excitante en el anime, así que fue para mi gran sorpresa y deleite que no todo esto fuera sangre y sangre 😂
Nunca hay nada de malo en un poco de atractivo visual para ayudar a captar la atención de los niños y, a pesar de que todavía está allí, de ninguna manera cambió el estado de la historia ni pareció ni se sintió innecesario.
De hecho, me atrevo a decir que ayudaron a darle color y vida a la historia ya que fueron colocados en lugares específicos.

- Los temas mentales y psicológicos planteados 🧠

Una cosa acerca de todas estas películas postapocalípticas es que siempre muestran un nuevo lado de los humanos.
Tiende a mostrar cómo reaccionan diferentes tipos de personas ante diferentes niveles de estrés en entornos extraños.
Eso es algo que realmente glorificó el anime, la parte en la que uno tiene que decidir qué es moralmente incorrecto y qué no se debe hacer o qué se debe hacer para la supervivencia del bien común.
Vemos este tipo de decisiones a lo largo del anime a medida que nos encontramos con diferentes personajes que lo afrontan a su manera.
Fue esclarecedor 🙂

Si tuviera que nombrar un punto malo en este sentido, sería la parada desconsiderada y repentina de la producción del anime.
Al igual que el último anime del que hablé RWBY el escritor original de esta serie falleció. Sin embargo, a diferencia de RWBY, los coguionistas y el equipo no fueron tan tenaces y ahora todos los fanáticos no saben qué sucederá a continuación 😔.

Calificación general

A pesar de que la parte mala del anime está incompleta, sigue siendo un anime muy bueno.
Uno que animo a la gente de 16 años o más a que lo vea, debido a la media desnudez, la violencia y todo ese yada yada.
