Saludos amigos de #hive y #alienart, el día de hoy comparto con ustedes mi entrada al concurso semanal de splinterlands, donde cada semana podemos admirar increíbles creaciones e ilustraciones de estas maravillosas cartas, realizadas por diversos artistas. Para esta semana decidí realizar a Lorna Shine, guerrera que cautivó mi atención por el diseño de su armadura y su llamativa cabellera de color rojo y esa increíble espada que está por desenfundar.

Greetings friends of hive and alienart, today I share with you my entry to the weekly splinterlands contest, where every week we can admire incredible creations and illustrations of these wonderful cards, made by various artists. For this week I decided to draw Lorna Shine, warrior that captivated my attention for the design of her armor and her striking red hair and that incredible sword that she is about to draw.

Tenía semanas queriendo dibujar a xxx, especialmente porque me encanta dibujar guerrera, me recuerda mucho a un anime que yo adoraba (Claymore), en el cual las guerreras también tienen grandes espadas. Además los ojos azules de Lorna le dan una increíble personalidad, los cuales busque resaltar con el fondo de tonos cálidos de aspecto explosivo, además de darle más presencia al personaje, la cual parece estar lista para derrotar a cualquier oponente, conservando ese aspecto sensual y elegante.

I had been wanting to draw xxx for weeks, especially because I love to draw warriors and it reminds me a lot of an anime I loved (Claymore), in which the warriors also have big swords. Also Lorna's blue eyes give her an incredible personality, which I sought to highlight with the background of warm tones of explosive aspect, besides giving more presence to the character, which seems to be ready to defeat any opponent, keeping that sensual and elegant aspect.

Realice la base del personaje usando el lápiz digital y el color azul, para luego con el color morado realizar la base de la armadura y las facciones de Lorna.

Make the base of the character using the digital pencil and the blue color, then with the purple color make the base of the armor and Lorna's features.

Realice el trabajo de línea con la tinta dura y el color negro, después elimine las dos primeras capas, procediendo a realizar la base de color utilizando el rellenado y sus respectivos colores como blanco, amarillo, beige y rojo.

Make the line work with the hard ink and black color, then remove the first two layers, proceeding to make the color base using the fill and their respective colors such as white, yellow, beige and red.

Detalle primero la vestimenta usando el aerógrafo triangular, luego detalle las partes metálicas y bordes amarillos como en los hombros y el abdomen.

Detail first the clothing using the triangular airbrush, then detail the metallic parts and yellow edges as in the shoulders and abdomen.

Realice los tonos piel, utilizando marrón para realizar la sombra y darle volumen y textura. Después detalle el cabello, cejas y ojos, culminando así con los detalles en Lorna.

Make the skin tones, using brown to make the shadow and give volume and texture. Then detail the hair, eyebrows and eyes, culminating with the details on Lorna.

Detalle el mango y el estuche de la espada usando tonos metálicos y un mango de color rojo oscuro.

Detail the handle and case of the sword using metallic tones and a dark red handle.

Para el fondo realice una base de negro, donde empecé a realizar manchas anaranjadas , amarillas y blancas, dando ese aspecto de explosión.

For the background I made a black base, where I started to make orange, yellow and white spots, giving that aspect of explosion.

Me encanta mucho como quedó esta ilustración, más porque parece fondo de pantalla, además del acabado en los detalles de Lorna, los detalles en su armadura y el estuche de su espada son de mis partes favoritas de esta ilustración. Pero sin duda lo que más me encantó fueron los ojos azules, que se ven brillantes y llamativos. I really love how this illustration turned out, more because it looks like wallpaper, besides the finish on the details of Lorna, the details on her armor and the case of her sword are my favorite parts of this illustration. But without a doubt what I loved the most were the blue eyes, which look bright and striking.
