For Splinterland's art contest, I always use my skills to create something new that matches the character.
Like every week, this week I thought of creating something with colors, so the first thing I did was opening a new page of my sketchbook. I feel like my sketchbook is always excited for Fridays because on Fridays I post within art contest and do an edition within my sketchbook.
As I said last week, I make these things with colors so that I can further develop my skills and these colors become my identity because of my talent, but after Friday prayers, because of my headache I was in so much pain that I could not give my best.
But I felt it was a soothing process to relieve my headache which has always been so soothing for me so I started making it.
To make this I needed some colors and my favorite sketchbook plus a photo of the original character.
So in the beginning to draw him as always I sketched him from head to toe which I took pictures of. Sketching him was a very difficult task. The character has a very difficult outline. I had trouble making it but I didn't give up and kept going. I have taken three pictures of his sketch process in which I have alternately written the whole process of making his body sketch.
Then after completing the outline I started to color inside his body. It was difficult for me to color because I had a headache but I kept this process continuous but I could see that I can't make it as clear as I make my drawings before.
Half the body I already covered In the first pic. In second image I colored green inside his hands and orange inside his middle body.
In the 3rd picture the colors are complete inside it giving it a nice look I didn't think it would turn out this well but it turned out pretty well even with my headache I got it. Kept the process continuous and my hard work paid off as usual.
I hope you like me and thank you for being here. That's enough for today, now Allah Hafiz 👋👋
