Espero hayan tenido un excelente fin de semana, muy buenas noches para todos esperando que hayan tenido unas felices navidades y por supuesto les deseo un feliz y prospero año nuevo que la hayan pasado excelente y con buenos propósitos para éste nuevo año, que este lleno de muchas bendiciones. Yo contenta de volver con ustedes, después de unas pequeñas vacaciones que me quise tomar, no queriendo dejar pasar esta primera semana de concursos, así que hoy rapidito me dedique a realizar esta representación peculiar y mas orgánica a mi vista de este personaje de la carta Night Reaper, al cual quise darle mas características orgánicas o biológicas, como orejas y una estructura mas humanizada haciendo un retrato del mismo, recordándome mucho a una especie de reptilianos. I am happy to be back with you, after a little vacation that I wanted to take, not wanting to miss this first week of contests, so today I quickly dedicated myself to make this peculiar and more organic representation to my view of this character of the Night Reaper card, which I wanted to give more organic or biological characteristics, such as ears and a more humanized structure making a portrait of it, reminding me a lot to a kind of reptilians. Les explico rapidito como empecé, pues usando una brocha tipo lápiz realice el boceto en limpio para así comenzar con las siguientes capas de color base, usando una brocha dura y luego en otra capa fui aplicando sombras duras con una brocha suave que me permitiera un difuminado mas fácil y rápido. Después, seguí aplicando colores saturados para darle cuerpo a sus orejas y también a las franjas y líneas en su piel, usando para esto otra capa con método normal de mezcla y también una brocha dura para un trazo mas definido.
I'll explain quickly how I started, using a pencil brush I made a clean sketch to start with the following layers of base color, using a hard brush and then in another layer I applied hard shadows with a soft brush that allowed me an easier and faster blending. Then, I continued applying saturated colors to give body to her ears and also to the stripes and lines on her skin, using for this another layer with a normal mixing method and also a hard brush for a more defined stroke.

Empecé con la fase de difumino y también borre lo excedente, para luego ir definiendo aun mas con sombras e iluminación para luego seguir difuminando, y para esto use gausseano para hacerlo mas rápido. Limpie los bordes y seguí agregando en nuevas pinceladas de iluminación aplicando después el gausseano. Luego definí su ojo en otra capa usando método normal y con una brocha dura, agregando en otra capa tonos mas claros y seguí en otra capa con los brillos. No tenia muy claro que fondo hacerle así que opte por un fondo saturado y oscuro. Después, aplique otros métodos de mezcla de luz suave y también de superposición, y en otra capa agregue algunos brillos y texturice un poco con puntillismo en opacidad muy baja.
I started with the blurring phase and also erased the excess, and then I went on defining even more with shadows and lighting to then continue blurring, and for this I used gaussian to make it faster. I cleaned the edges and kept adding in new brushstrokes of illumination and then applied the gaussian. Then I defined her eye in another layer using normal method and with a hard brush, adding in another layer lighter tones and followed in another layer with the glow. I wasn't sure what background to do so I opted for a saturated and dark background. Then, I applied other methods of soft light blending and overlaying, and in another layer I added some glows and textured a little with pointillism in very low opacity.

Finalice aclarando un poco los tonos, usando un método de mezcla para aclarar, y pincelando un poco los bordes sin tanto cuidado usando la brocha dura de abanico. Luego, en otra capa agregue puntos de brillo rojos para darle algo de luz al fondo.
Finish by lightening the tones a bit, using a blending method to lighten, and brushing a bit around the edges without so much care using the hard fan brush. Then, in another layer add red glow dots to give some light to the background.
