Happy Halloween, everyone! And a Happy Deepavali to the Indian community as well. Our city has a rich variety of races and cultures, so it’s not uncommon for traditions to overlap. Ultimately, everyone enjoys celebrating their traditions alongside one another, bringing joy to the entire community.
Since it’s Halloween, I’d like my Splinterlands art contest entry to match the occasion. I chose a subject that I feel fits perfectly with the theme: Cryptic!
CRYPTIC is a legendary summoner card that allows players to combine cards from both Water and Death Splinters in a single battle, removing the usual restriction of using only one Splinter type. This dual-Splinter capability, introduced in the Rebellion edition, enhances battle strategy by providing access to power abilities from both Splinters, though these abilities are limited.
Reference character:
My goal for this character is to create a creepy "monster" driven by a chilling desire to inspire terror.
I was supposed to complete this artwork yesterday, but I got caught up with other things. Then I went to the city, visited a nice spot, and ended up focusing on posting about that experience, which delayed the completion of my entry.
I'm just really glad I finally completed the piece. Here’s how I created my artwork.
