This is the second CARTOON type character that I design and the truth is that it was not so bad, this is an art that I want to learn and improve it and for those who want the same I leave this link to some tutorials that have helped me a lot!
Es el segundo personaje tipo CARTOON que diseño y pues la verdad no me fue tan mal, este es un arte que deseo aprender y mejorarlo y para los que quieran lo mismo les dejo este link de algunos tutoriales que me han ayudado mucho!

First I started putting together the sketch, at first I didn't like it and I wanted to eliminate it and start with another one, but after filling it in grayscale I started to notice that it had potential.
Primero comencé armando el boceto, al principio no me gusto y quería eliminarlo y comenzar con otro, pero luego de ir rellenando en escala de grises empecé a notar que tenia potencial.
At this stage of the process you can already see that I focus on the details and then apply a layer in color blending mode and paint.
En esta etapa del proceso ya pueden observar que me enfoque en los detalles para luego aplicar una capa en modo de fusión color y pintar.
I am surprised how fast it is to work with grayscale, before I honestly found it tedious and long, but now I know that it is better to apply the blend mode COLOR to the layer to paint over the piece in gray. For the color palette I chose to use a very soft violet as a base, and a crimson red to make it more striking. I think it goes without saying that this piece, besides being for an art contest, is in honor of HIVE. The piece to compete has to be in transparent but I added a futuristic beehive style background at the end to present it to you in this post.
Me sorprende lo rápido que es trabajar con la escala de grises, antes sinceramente me parecía tedioso y largo, pero ahora se que es mejor aplicar el modo de fusión COLOR a la capa para pintar por encima de la pieza en gris. Para la paleta de colores elegí usar como base un violeta muy suave, y un rojo carmesí para hacerlo mas llamativo. Creo que esta de mas decir que esta pieza, aparte de ser para un concurso de art, es en honor a HIVE. La pieza para competir tiene que estar en transparente pero le agregue un fondo al final estilo colmena futurista para presentarlo a ustedes en este post.
Don't forget that you can comment and be honest with me, it's the best way to learn, correct and improve... Anyway I really enjoyed creating this piece but more your colors, I think they are beautiful!!!
