As always, I started with a rough sketch for the pose and composition of the character. 🙂 Here, I am challenging myself to do a perspective view from below as a composition.
In the next image, I did the line art of the character.

Here, I do a grayscale method. Checking my values, directing where the light goes and also the bounce light. I'm happy with that 😁
In the next image, I added the base color. 😁 I did that by adding a layer on top of the grayscale and set to multiply. To lighten it up add a layer, set to overlay and fill in a color light yellow orange.

And here, I started to render the character cleaning up messy color areas and making it look like in standing 3 dimension.
In the next image, I added the light and also the magic spell. Adding an outer glow and lighten it up.

Lastly, I add the background and finished the illustration. I also put it in a card border to make it stylish see image below.👇

I'm happy with the result.😌 Another challenge done I hope I can manage to do a different perspective view soon. And as I say for the month I try to do all water splinter cards and specific on female characters.
I will be adding this to my collection of fan art and compile it by the end of this year.😌
