It is sooo good to be back! 😄 How was your new year?
Mine was packed! A bit of a break from my drawing tablet but sometimes my hands were itching to make an art, haha. I guess, being creative is what I am used to.
I missed a total of five weeks! I have not been in the platform for a while and so I take time to drop likes and comments now that I am active again.
For this week, I chose Sergeant Grauzral.
Art Process
Start with finding the pose. I just chose a simple one for now as a warm up, hehe. Started with the initial sketch and then the lineart using a pencil tetxured brush.
I then chose the base colors by coloring-picking from the original art. Since the hair and the skin are both blue, I chose a little shade for the skin. I then clipped another layer for the shadows.
Next is another layer clipped for the cell shading and shines on the hair, skin, and clothing.
Final Art
I then added the background detail of splashes of water. I just downloaded a water brush from the asset store and then I just randomly put the on the background.
