I have been into various forms of art for about 20 years now, I have plenty of old sketchbooks, had a period of time where my interest was making sculptures, short films, fashion, fiber arts etc. I've always loved creating :) I guess my obsession really took off when I got my first tablet and began digital painting. Every other medium I've played with always had costs associated for buying materials and also took up physical space, but with digital you can just keep creating without any restrictions.
Over the years I've deviated from doing "pure" digital painting and started adding a lot of collage and glitching techniques and only using digital paint for touch ups or for adding elements I wasn't able to create with collage, but recently I decided to take a crack at doing a pure digital paint just to see if I was still able to lol....
I went into this with no clear direction or idea where it was going to go and I'm not even sure if it's finished but here is the current WIP:
I have to say it took me a bit to get back in the groove but I really enjoyed myself :)

I didn't take a lot of screenshots during the piece but I have a few that I took before I started refining and adding a third eye š
I feel like this was a success and I had fun so I may try to do a few more of these or perhaps add bigger pained elements along with my collage
