Here is another of my handmade paper collage artworks produced recently. It continues the more mystical theme seen in most of my art pieces. All of them begin as A4 sized paper collages, made from found pictures in decades old magazines.
I use scissors and glue to piece them together, purely as a recreational pastime for my own pleasure. Then I scan the image and upload it to be minted as an NFT (non fungible token) onto the HIVE blockchain as www.nftshowroom.com where I have my gallery.
The Tibetan imagery seen here in the monks, flags, etc create a more abstract image this time, compared to the landscape design of the previous works. Symbols of eternity and transcendence occur in the eagle and spiral shell. The third eye is visible in the Tibetan face above the main monk.
The frogs are a magical addition to the image and the eagle holds the head of the slain demon, suggesting that the demons have been conquered and the soul can transcend. The words “Life beyond death” are seen on the image, providing the title for the work.
Life is meant for transcendence of the lower nature and the temporary realm. The eternal spirit soul is caged in the body and can use this valuable rare human form of life to access the eternal realm once more. The dancing Tibetan Buddhist monk shows that his face is hidden, as the ego is removed. The face of the divinity above him shows itself, with third eye opened.
The Tibetan flags add a sense of movement, as does the blue backdrop. See how many frogs you can count in the image.

I’m not writing much this year and will focus more on my collage art creations to add to this current collection. My life is one of permanent holiday and fun in the sun, so I choose to spend my time totally free from obligations to the world. I use my time to create art and meditate, mostly absorbed in pure nature which is all around me. The current global situation is one of stress so I simply relax and have fun as I meditate my way to the eternal realm, where every step is a dance and every word is a song.
