NFT Showroom partnered with Alien Art Hive for a SPRING CHALLENGE. I decided to participate as Spring is a lovely reminder of renewal and a new beginning. According to the challenge post, you can join in by:
- making art that represents spring for you;
- minting it on: https://nftshowroom.com;
- making a blog post about your art and link to your minted piece in Alien Art Hive Community; and
- using "nftshowroom" in your tags.
@nftshowroom and @alienarthive remind us that Spring often symbolizes renewal, growth, rebirth, fertility and transformation. It can also represent a period of hope and optimism after winter's end.
Also, @nftshowroom will be featuring all the SPRING ART minted on the NFT Showroom home page / twitter and Alien Art Hive will be curating your blog posts.
This challenge is for the full month of APRIL.

Below is my second Spring themed Art project:
What better way to usher in the Spring season than to celebrate Alice's return from Wonderland. The story-book character is from one of my favorite childhood stories of rabbits: "Alice in Wonderland". I often wondered what happened to Alice once she reached adulthood. Imagine her fifty years later. A suburban housewife who resides in a cul-de-sac with a spouse and five children. Much wiser, Alice applies her experiences in the modern day world. But those eyes tell a different story kept hidden beneath that well-polished exterior.

The information for my design minted on NFTShowroom.
Name: Alice Surviving Wonderland
Date Minted: 4/11/2025
Link: Alice Surviving Wonderland
Number Minted: 5
Cost: 5 Hive/each
To design this project, I first retrieved a rabbit image from the stable diffusion program StarryAI with the Text Input: "Down the rabbit hole as in White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland." The Style of my creation was: Fantasy.
Designing Alice was a bit unusual as I used the stable diffusion image of the rabbit for her body, then used only the head feature of an open-sourced female image. I wanted the look to be dark and dramatic of an older version of the child in Wonderland.

Other images included were free-sourced items and my pure fractals I designed in the advanced fractal rendering program, Apophysis 7X. To complete the design, I utilized Canva, my design program, to blend the different type images.
