Recently I discovered a generative art program. I promised to investigate it further to see how it worked. I finally took time to see how it worked. What I found was that the software resembles another program I've utilized in the past, Nvidia Gaugan. However, instead of brushstrokes to generate images, this program Wombo Dream, used text input. I like working with Wombo Dream because I can retrieve a distorted version of the image I visualize, such as landscapes, buildings, people, animals.
This current project from Wombo Art utilized the following text input to retrieve my vision of a mermaid who had inadvertently became entangled in sea debris or some other man-made objects. The result was that she was injured.
Below are my steps:
Text input:
mermaid, fish, tail, dolphin, scepter, green eyes
Result:

Image manipulation and enhancement:
Utilizing Deep Dream Generator, I was able to add another layer of texture to resemble damaged body and face. I hope I didn't overdo it as the original looked really nice. I desired a more rugged features.

Here are the two versions I prepared:

I wanted a more dramatic effect to see the damage caused by either human error or the elements in her environment. I was thinking maybe severe pollution or hazardous materials invaded the waters that caused her demise.

Thanks for taking the time to view my post. I hope you like my fractal and generative art project. This was a really fun project to work with. I'd like to know which version you prefer.
Thanks,
