Hoy les presento mis callos a la manclireña, he querido dejar tan delicioso plato , representado en mi arte, para ello he tomado como referencia una foto del platillo real, para realizar este arte. Mencionar que este es el inicio de mi nueva coleccion que lleva por nombre "vida".

Today I present my calluses to La Manclireña, I wanted to leave such delicious dish, represented in my art, for this I have taken as a reference a photo of the real dish, to perform this art.

Este arte me llevo aproximadamente 60 minutos completarlo.

Para comenzar, hago en la primera capa el arroz, usando la herramienta de sprite con un color #fffbf5 que es un blanco amarillento, en distintas opacidades para crear el efecto de volumen y profundidad.
To start, I make rice in the first layer, using the Sprite tool with a #FFFBF5 color that is a yellowish white, in different opacities to create the effect of volume and depth.
Acá dibujo lo que son los callos, con distintas tonalidades de colores marrones, usando una gama que va desde el #8a6819 hasta el #7a6d41. Ya tenemos el arroz y los callos, ahora pasamos a la ensalada.
Here I draw what the calluses are, with different shades of brown colors, using a range that goes from #8A6819 to #7A6D41. We already have rice and calluses, now we go to the salad.
Hago la ensalada de forma circular como se ve en la referencia, usando el color base #b5b092 y partiendo de allí hago la combinación con opacidad necesaria para dar el aspecto a la ensalada cesar con los cuadros de pan y el parmesano característico.
I make the salad in a circular way as seen in the reference, using the base color #B5B092 and starting from there I make the combination with opacity necessary to give the appearance to the Cesar salad with the bread paintings and the characteristic Parmesan.
Añado unos toques finales a la ensalada, hago el envase con su delineado y respectivas sombras, agrego mi marca de agua y mi firma distintiva.
Los callos a la manclireña están listos para disfrutarse.
I add some final touches to the salad, I make the container with its delineated and respective shadows, I add my water brand and my distinctive signature.
The calluses to the manclireña are ready to enjoy.
Este arte es simplemente un pequeño homenaje a esta deliciosa comida que tanto disfruto y que en su simpleza disfruto mucho, porque es tan minimalista que encaja con mi visión de lo que es una buena vida, lo básico, lo elemental, llevado a un aspecto delicioso y artístico.
