Welcome back! As every week today I bring you my participation for @splinterlands, this time I chose a water card called Nerissa Tridawn. Below I share with you the process of this illustration.

¡Bienvenidos de nuevo! Como cada semana hoy les traigo mi participación para @splinterlands, esta vez elegí una carta de agua llamada Nerissa Tridawn. A continuación les comparto el proceso de esta ilustración.
This letter caught my attention because she is a woman with well formed muscles, I have been wanting to practice this lately, so I got to work on her.
I focused on finishing the skin and defining her muscles, but trying to soften the cuts. Something I decided to change a bit was her outfit, and the trident she uses to make her look quite feminine despite her build.
Esta carta me llamó la atención porque es una mujer con músculos bien formados, últimamente he querido practicar esto, así que me puse a trabajar en ella.
Me enfoqué en terminar la piel y definir sus músculos, pero tratando de suavizar los cortes. Algo que decidí cambiar un poco fue su atuendo, y el tridente que usa para que se vea bastante femenina a pesar de su contextura.

Nerisa is a strong warrior who has a magic trident, according to her lore she has battled with many sea creatures, and is known as "Nerissa the Hurricane", here is why I wanted to make this effect in the water, with which I had some conflicts, you can think that they are waves that are controlled by her, but in reality in my imagination I wanted to shape them as a kind of tentacles, but formed by water. I modified them several times until I found something similar to what I wanted.
Nerisa es una fuerte guerrera que posee un tridente mágico, según su lore ha batallado con muchas criaturas marinas, y es conocida como "Nerissa el Huracán" , es por esto que quise hacer este efecto en el agua, con la cual tuve algunos conflictos, se puede pensar que son olas que son controladas por ella, pero en realidad en mi imaginación quise plasmarlas como una especie de tentáculos, pero formados por agua. Los modifique varias veces hasta que encontre algo parecido a lo que queria.

The background finishes I varied them many times, I had thought to make a day background, but then it occurred to me to add a full moon, so I made the night sky.
Los acabados del fondo los varié muchas veces, había pensado hacer un fondo de día, pero luego se me ocurrió añadir una luna llena, así que hice el cielo nocturno.

I felt that the character was losing presence with the water effect, so I blurred them a bit and added some shadows, so that the backlight would be a nice touch.
As I was writing the post I noticed something in his trident, as it is a magic trident it flashes a little light, so I went back to the program to do this and add some additional lights. This is the end of the process.
Sentí que el personaje perdía presencia con el efecto del agua, así que los difuminé un poco y añadí algunas sombras, para que el contraluz fuera un buen toque.
Mientras escribía el post me di cuenta de algo en su tridente, al ser un tridente mágico parpadea un poco de luz, así que volví al programa para hacer esto y añadir algunas luces adicionales. Este es el final del proceso.
