I hope your days are going very well and you are filled with good mood. I began to appear here a little less often because there were many things to do, both in terms of creativity and in my life. But I still do what I have been doing for almost my entire adult life, and today I want to share with you my new work - Shine. This is a progressive trance work. I'm sure you'll love it, let's go!

About Track:
Today we will talk about my new track, I started working on this composition in February of this year. I made the main trance component for the track, namely the pad and bass line. I periodically opened the project and added something to it, developed a rhythmic pattern, tried to give it a shape and understand in what direction I should continue to develop the composition. Then I decided to make a melody, or rather I made about 5 different ones and they all fit perfectly and blended harmoniously into the track, but a couple of days ago, when I reopened this project, I realized that such a track needed vocals! Before that, I did a few inserts of vox into the track, but it was not enough. I really wanted to do something really warm in sound, something that I myself will be happy to play in my DJ set on the coast this year, by the way, I also managed to visit several beach techno parties and this is also for me to some extent boost and motivation to make my new music and new feelings and moods in which I convey them to the listeners. So. After I found the right a cappella and matched it to my track in terms of speed, I realized that it sounds pretty good, though not exactly wow, hehe.
After the vocals appeared in the track, I had to remove the melodies that I had done before and write a new melody that would go with the vocals and the track as a whole, I experimentedwith chords, I don’t get it quickly, and I can sit on it long, exactly until the moment when it will not sound harmonious. In addition, I already understood that it would be dream trance, and trance music is the music that I began to create when I first opened the program for creating music. Then Euro Trance, Techno Trance were in fashion. Well, you know those shrill, loud and bright melodies for open airs. Air music!

The project turned out to be quite large as usual, since there are only 8 channels with drums in the project, well, as I said earlier, there are a lot of melodies, plus small pieces and effects that I cut out to complement the main vocal, a lot of melodies that sound in unison as one, separate part of the composition. The processing of the vocal is very important, so I decided to make it a little sidechain in relation to the kick drum (but I turned the effect volume down by a third), I also added a valhalla reverb, filter, EQ and made a small panorama for the vocals. Here's what it looks like:

And here are the chords I wrote for this song, these are rather simple chords, but as usual I diversified them and played a little with the notes, I didn’t touch the key because it can change the mood of the track, and I wanted it to be just like that, - romantic and summery. So I made this summer base for the track:

With the bass, everything is the same as with the pad, the same root notes, the same key. The bass turned out to be assertive, muffled and, as it seems to me, fits the track very well. In general, there are two main bass lines in the track, the second one is the same, only it goes with a solid note and not broken into pieces. This is how it looks like:

This is how my new track turned out, I'm not sure if this is the final version, because there are still some ideas about this track, or maybe I will do something new but with the melodies that I wrote for this track but did not use , they also turned out to be interesting, and it would be rather selfish of me to put them on the back burner, so I think that soon I will definitely share with you new work where you can hear these things in a different interpretation. In any case, I will let you know first as soon as it sees the light.
