In the 269th week of the Splinterlands art contest my drawing took the first place. "I plan to make a more detailed post telling my experience", People who know me know that I've been trying to be in first place for 2 years now, the reward is the same even with other drawings I achieved more, BUT the first place is something I dreamed for a long time... I endured a lot of frustration which forced me to improve and evolve in my works, I still have a lot to improve and every week our colleagues upload very cool works, each time the challenge is greater and this excites me a lot! I made very good friends here!

Seriously haha she's my favorite character.... I always try to make her a little bit different from the previous version so you don't get bored... I even once made a doll " which my ex-girlfriend kept, details" I just love this character....
I wanted to leave it for Christmas week but I thought of another project for that date.

La semana 269 del concurso de arte de Splinterlands mi dibujo quedo en primer lugar. "Tengo pensado hacer un post más detallado contando mi experiencia", Las personas que me conocen saben que llevo 2 años ya intentando quedar en primer lugar, la recompensa es igual incluso con otros dibujos logre mas, PERO el primer lugar es algo con lo que soñé muchísimo tiempo... aguante mucha frustración la cual me obligo a mejorar y evolucionar en mis obras, aun me falta muchísimo por mejorar y cada semana nuestros compañeros suben obras muy geniales, cada vez el reto es mayor y esto me emociona mucho! ¡Hice muy buenos amigos aqui!

En serio jaja es mi personaje favorito... Siempre trato de hacerla un poquito diferente a la versión anterior para que no se aburran... incluso en una oportunidad hice una muñeca " la cual se quedó mi ex novia, detalles" Simplemente amo este personaje...
Quería dejarla para la semana de navidad pero pensé en otro proyecto para esa fecha.

As usual, we started the sketch with a blue color and a brush of 60% hardness, I had the idea and after correcting many times I achieved something that looked nice, yes yes yes yes yes I know she has a flower in her hair, but I think that with the Christmas cap it looks a bit saturated.
Is it my idea or is the bandage getting shorter and shorter?
Como es costumbre, iniciamos el boceto con un color azul y un pincel de dureza 60%, tenia la idea y después de corregir muchas veces logre algo que se viera bonito, si si si si ya se ella tiene una flor en su cabello, pero creo que con el gorro de navidad se ve algo saturado.
Es idea mía o ¿el vendaje cada vez es más corto?
This part is the most time consuming, sketch and then do the lineart.... in this I used 3 different layers, for the lineart I used black color and a 50% hardness brush.
Esta parte es la que más tiempo toma, boceto y luego hacer el lineart... en esto use 3 capas diferentes, para el lineart use color negro y un pincel de dureza 50%
Well we apply the base color, as you can see the character has two shades of green, although in the reference is a little more saturated tone ... I like to make it with this tone not so saturated ... yes I know I promised to make drawings with more vivid colors but, ahhhhh not yet!
Bien aplicamos el color base, como se ve el personaje tiene dos tonos de verde, aunque en la referencia es un tono un poco más saturado...a mi me gusta hacerla con este tono no tan saturado... si lo se prometí hacer dibujos con colores mas vivos pero, ahhhhh no aun!
This way we have all the base color... this is a great summary, because it took me some time to finish it. I also chose the right colors so that none of them stand out more than the other except for the eyes. I want the attention to be focused on that area
Asi nos queda todo el color base... esto es un gran resumen, pues me llego algo de tiempo terminarlo. También elegir los colores adecuados para que ninguno resalte mas que otro excepto el de los ojos. Quiero que la atención se centre en esa zona
It's time to add lights and shadows, I start with the skin, I want to add the light source from the left, as you can see the parts most affected by the light are the hair and the skin.
Es momento de agregar luces y sombras, empiezo por la piel, quiero agregar la fuente de luz desde la izquierda, como pueden ver las partes más afectada por la luz son el cabello y la piel.
Finally we add the last details, a curious fact in this illustration do not use texture effects, I think they are not much needed because the character looks good like this.
Para finalizar agregamos los últimos detalles, un dato curioso en esta ilustración no use efectos de textura, creo que no hacen mucha falta pues el personaje se ve bien asi.
