#83 Fungus Flinger - Splinterlands Art Contest (ENG/ DE)
Hello dear Alien Art Crew, Hive Community and Splinterlands Fans,
Hello and hello with Öchen. That's how they say it in good old Germany, isn't it? Well, I wanted to bring a change to my greeting instead of the very traditional Servus or Grüß Gott. 😅
This week I thought about painting the cute mushroom head Fungus Flinger as a toddler. As a little mushroom sprout. 😜 If that's a word.
I really don't like eating mushrooms (I've never had dishes where they were tasty, but that may change), but I value them as a #superfood and nutritional supplement. I believe that mushrooms in general have healing powers, even without this trendy micro-dosing or whatever the hip healthy lifestyle is called at the moment. I have also heard that there is somehow a type of mushroom in Fukushima that "eats" the radioactivity there! Cool, right? A fungus that cleans up the man-made shit (sorry for the harsh title). It's just stupid that the wild boars there seem to like the mushroom and eat it, which makes them radioactive themselves... 😅🥺
But this also shows us what power such a small mushroom can have. Just like our Fungus Flinger, inconspicuous but powerful!
What do you think of my idea and variation? I can't wait to hear what you think.

Servus und Hallöchen mit Öchen. So sagt man es doch im guten alten Deutschland oder? Naja, ich wollte mal eine Abwechslung in meine Begrüßung bringen statt dem sehr traditionellen Servus oder Grüß Gott. 😅
Diese Woche habe ich mir überlegt, den süßen Pilzkopf Fungus Flinger als Kleinkind zu malen. Als kleinen Pilzsprössling. 😜 Falls das ein Wort ist.
Zwar esse ich echt ungern Pilze (hatte bislang nie Gerichte, wo die lecker waren, kqnn sich ja noch ändern), aber ich schätze diese als #Superfood und Nahrungsergänzungsprodukte. Ich glaube allgemein Pilze haben heilende Kräfte, auch ohne dieses trendiges Micro-Dosing oder wie man den hippen healthy Lifestyle grad nennt. Auch habe ich gehört, dass es irgendwie eine Pilzart in Fukushima, welche die Radioaktivität dort "frisst"! Cool oder? Ein Pilz der die vom Menschen gemachte Scheiße (Verzeihung für die harte Betitelung) wegmacht. Blöd nur, dass wiederum die Wildschweine dort auf den Pilz scheinbar stehen und diesen fressen, wodurch sie selbst radioaktiv sind.. 😅🥺
Doch zeigt uns das auch, welche Kraft so ein kleiner Pilz haben kann. Genau wie unser Fungus Flinger, unscheinbar aber oho!
Wie findet ihr meine Idee und Variante? Ich bin gespannt was ihr sagt.
First of all, the #sketch. I wanted to depict sweet Dicki as a little mushroomy thick skull.
Zuerst einmal die #Skizze. Ich wollte den süßen Dicki als kleinen pilzigen Dickschädel darstellen.
I didn't want to lose time because of a mistake and redo too much in case I made a mistake, so I used an incredible number of layers. This meant I could simply delete the layer instead of having to start again.
Ich wollte auf keinen Fall durch oder wegen einen Fehler Zeit verlieren und zuviel neu machen, falls ich mich vermale, daher habe ich unfassbar viele Layers benutzt. Dadurch konnte ich das Layer einfach löschen statt neu anfangen zu müssen.
So, after I had lost myself in the lines for 2, 3 hours and found my way around again, I finally started coloring.
So, nachdem ich mich auch mal 2,3 Stunden in den Linien verloren hatte und wieder zurecht gefunden habe, fing ich dann endlich mit dem ausmalen an.
Sooo, just the final touches, check the brightness and color intensity and my #Fanart is ready
Sooo, nur noch den letzten Feinschliff, bisl die Helligkeit und Farbintensivität checken und fertig ist meine #Fanart.
