Hello dear Alien Art Crew, Hive Community and Splinterlands Fans,
At last. I was both motivated and found time to draw for the weekly Splinterlands Art Contest again, yippee yaheeeeeeeee! Even though it took me 2 days, i.e. the weekend, to come up with a somewhat creative idea.
What should it be? Some fan fiction and fan conspiracy. Yes, you heard me right. Because according to the latest news from the Splinterlands public media, it was announced on TV today (yes, I'm keeping it oldschool... They all still have a TV... 🤣🤣🤣) that Albert Einstein isn't dead at all. No! Completely wrong thinking. Because he mastered the art of witchcraft, magic and alchemy. As if by magic, he lives a little longer than the average Splinterlands resident or human. 😅🤣 But Albert was fed up with pure science and wanted to bring about change, which is why he is now infamous as the Wizard of Eastwood.

A slightly different creative approach. To show that it's dear Albert, I painted him first, then his new identity as a wizard. I hope you can see the transformation. Here is the creation process.
Hallo liebe Alien Crew, Hive Gemeinde und Splinterlands Fans,
Endlich. Ich war sowohl motiviert, als dass ich auch Zeit zum Malen für den wöchentlichen Splinterlands Art Contest gefunden habe! Auch wenn es 2 Tage, also das Wochenende lang, dauerte, bis ich auch eine etwas kreative Idee hatte.
Was diese sein soll? Etwas Fanfiction und Fan-Conspiracy. Jawohl, ihr habt richtig gehört. Denn laut den neusten Nachrichten aus den Splinterlands öffentlichen Medien wurde heute im Fernsehen verkündet (ja, ich halte es oldschool... Die haben einen Fernseher noch alle... 🤣🤣🤣) das Albert Einstein gar nicht tot ist. Nein! Gänzlich falsch gedacht. Denn er beherrscht ja die Kunst der Hexerei, Magie und Alchemie. Wie durch Zauberhand lebt er etwas länger wie so ein Durchschnittlicher Splinterlands Bewohner oder Mensch. 😅🤣 Aber Albert hatte keinen Bock mehr auf die reine Wissenschaft und wollte eine Veränderung erwirken, weshalb er mittlerweile als Wizard-of-Eastwood berühmt berüchtigt ist.

Mal etwas anders kreativ. Um auch zu zeigen, dass es der liebe Albert ist, habe ich zuerst diesen gemalt, danach kam seine neue Identität als Zauberer dran. Ich hoffe die Transformation ist somit ersichtlich. Hier nun der Entstehungsprozess.

I have tried to record more intermediate steps.
Ich habe mal versucht, mehr Zwischenschritte festzuhalten.
The mushrooms came up spontaneously as an idea. I don't know, but somehow I thought magic mushrooms would go very well with the theme. 😋
Die Pilze kamen spontan als Idee auf. Keine Ahnung, aber irgendwie dachte ich magic mushrooms würden sehr gut zum Thema passen. 😋
After working out the lines, we continued with the coloring.
Nach der Ausarbeitung der Linien ging es weiter mit dem ausmalen.
I opted for a huge blue one as I thought the "Magic" was more obvious that way.
Ich habe mich für einen riesigen blauen entschieden, da ich dachte die "Magic" ist so offensichtlicher.
I have only shaded very lightly. So far there have only been two layers. But there were more in total. Because of the transformation to the Wizard of Eastwood and the background.
Ich habe ganz leicht nur schattiert. Bislang warwn es auch nur zwei Ebenen. Wurden aber insgesamt mehr. Wegen der Transformation zum Wizard-of-Eastwood und dem Hintergrund.
