Hello everyone, I'm ArtistByron, aka @thebyron on Hive :)
As you probably already know I draw and paint a lot of horror themed artworks. I like zombies ... a lot. I like drawing and painting more than I like typing up articles, but I'm learning to enjoy it by trying to use this not only as a way to promote myself by showing you what I am doing, but also forcing myself to think a bit differently.
Feels kinda funny in the head 🙃
Lets get to it...
On the WAX Blockchain
First up is this mixed media on paper painting of a skull. The journey started with just watercolours on paper. That was probably a month ago. I begin new art all the time and in that process I sometimes forget about paintings while they're drying, only to refind them a few months later, like this skull. I called it Misty Memory and minted it on the WAX blockchain as a 1 of 1.

Coming to Access Protocol
This is the weird. Not sure what else to say. This painting began as a simple eye on a black background. I should have left it there but instead I started to play around with gel pens and got over excited. It looks really weird and I'm just going to call it Weird, I like it but I will probably revisit it again later. FWIW I went and animated this with a simple shift twitch. I also made it square. It looks less weird, but still weird.

A Big Birb on DRiP
A few weeks ago I had an itch to draw some Sesame Street characters in my style I don't do that a lot but sometimes the urge hits and I have to get my fix. Like most drawings I do, if it isn't in the sketchbook then it's probably on a 4"x6" paper. Started in with ink and now I am painting it. Once it's done I will list it as a 1/1 on DRiP Haus. You can see how the watercolour warps the paper. What a difference colour makes as well eh?
Massacre on Mallow.ART
I have not been very active on Mallow.art for a long time and that's starting to change. Like all things that change, this will be slow and gradual until it feels like it's sudden and fast. Not sure what else to say about that so lets talk about the art.
I can't remember exactly when I started to paint the Texas Chainsaw dude, but it was years ago. A few days ago I decided to try to finish it and while there is still a bit of work needed, it's looking better and if I can salvage that chainsaw and those hands, I might be happy with it and post it to my Mallow page.
It's a 4"x6" mixed media painting on watercolour paper. I even have painters tape to keep the borders white and the edges sharp. I really look forward to peeling the tape off later.

That's All Folks ...
This is my Wednesday line up for artwork I want to get done and posted. There will be other art in between these arts but this is my roadmap today. So far two of four arts are complete and writing this article is pretty much done. Thanks so much for reading. If you have any questions or comments, or even suggestions, I would appreciate your feedback.
Thank you again, cheers!
