Hola a todos los hivers huy les comparto mi participación para el contest de arte de splinterlands, como tengo poco tiempo seguiré haciendo retratos pero detallados como siempre de las cartas que salieron nuevas en el juego, la carta que tendré de referencia esta vez es avarisdeus una épica de muerte, que tiene un diseño en cuerpo completo, pero esta vez como voy hacer un retrato le mejorare el rostro lo mas que pueda, sin alargar mas vamos con el proceso.

Lo primero es hacer el boceto del rostro con tonos base, siempre uso el morado para los tonos base y con un tono mas claro para destacar las partes iluminadas, para después ir agregando los colores finales, luego de colocar los cuernos comienzo a agregar los tonos mas claros, blanco para las partes iluminadas, y un morado mas grisáceo para las sombras, estaba quedando bien pero para agregar mas detalles tengo que añadir mas tonos grises y el purpura lo deje para resaltar las partes donde no hay iluminación obviamente.
The first thing is to make the sketch of the face with base tones, I always use purple for the base tones and with a lighter tone to highlight the illuminated parts, and then add the final colors, after placing the horns I begin to add the tones lighter, white for the illuminated parts, and a more grayish purple for the shadows, it was looking good but to add more details I have to add more gray tones and I left the purple to highlight the parts where there is obviously no lighting.
Antes de proseguir me decidí hacer parte del cuerpo para ir agregando los tonos finales a la par, hago el boceto que se vea un poco las alas de fondo, agrego los mismos tonos de la cara sin detallarlo mucho ya que lo que importa es el rostro en si, cuando veo que esta todo bien comienzo a colocar los colores de los ojos con su iluminación.
Before continuing, I decided to make part of the body to add the final tones at the same time. I made the sketch so that the wings could be seen in the background a little. I added the same tones of the face without detailing it too much since what matters is the face. In fact, when I see that everything is fine, I start to place the colors of the eyes with their lighting.
Ultimo paso para terminar el personaje, es agregar detalle hasta que quede satisfecho con el resultado, como colocar sangre en la boca y algunas partes del cuerpo, también coloco mas tonos en la piel ya que en el arte de referencia no es tan blanco, añadiendo varios tonos para que quede sucio pero limpio a la vez, para finalizar el trabajo siempre me gusta agregar un fondo con dithering para fusionarlo con el dibujo, y también ajustan la intensidad de los colores para que queden mas fuertes, bueno espero les guste el resultado final, chao.
