Paso numero uno comenzar por el rostro o cabeza para ver que tal va quedando la proporción si le voy a dar cuerpo o solo un retrato aun no me decido, esta vez usare delineado de color negro para contrastar mas el resultado, la paleta que estaré utilizando mientras hago el boceto es el amarillo y unos degradados del naranja, como las mantícoras siempre han sido representadas con cabeza de león, lo hare mas felino que el de la imagen original.

Paso dos, luego de terminar la cabeza ahora paso con el torso, como vi que en la imagen de la carta la mantícora parece poder caminar en dos patas le hare el cuerpo un poco mitad humano o un furry como se dice en estos tiempos.

paso tres, y para terminar el boceto plano le agrego las partes faltantes, como la cola de escorpión, las alas de murciélago y las piernas obviamente, mi idea cambio un poco y ahora lo hare que este volando en el cielo, pero antes de seguir tengo que agregar mas detalles para que no quede tan plano

Cuarto y ultimo paso, agregar detalles como luces y sombras y mas colores de la escala ya usada, agrego mas detalles en la cola, unas espinas de color blanco, como siempre coloco que la luz venga de arriba dejo las partes mas claras como el amarillo en la parte superior del cuerpo y agrego un naranja para las partes que no llega la luz, y por ultimo agrego un fondo de un cielo con nubes simples, y con un degradado de azules hasta llegar a al final de la atmosfera, y terminado espero les guste el resultado final, bye
