I just returned from a week in The Netherlands, as mentioned in yesterday's I am Back - Sharing a new lino print and the story behind it
and, although I needed a day or two to recover, today I am already back on track - focused and motivated more than ever to make things work.
Although I can be quite the perfectionist and all-over-the-place / extremely unfocused, at times, I also got a hyperfocus button and like to think that - when needed - I am actually highly flexible, way more than the average person.
After last week's crypto crash, fueled by what happened to Luna Terra and its (un)stable coin ( R.I.P. ), I feel an even stronger urge to focus on monetizing my creativity and to work on my Hypersensitivosaurus book(s) and lino / dino (process) art/ illustrations.
This is an urge that has grown stronger and stronger in the last couple of months, as described in recent posts and a couple of vlogs.
I have neglected and repressed the creative in me for way too long and, at the ripe age of 40, I am reclaiming the real me - you could call it the opposite of a midlife crisis, if you like ;<)
The lino print above this post was made today and loosely based on the following illustration ( used in the first, 10 copy print of my Hypersensitivosaurus book )
I was also reminded of a character called Eel-over-the-place , that I added to my dinoverse about a year and a half ago ( and had forgotten about )

To summarize: today's process art - the very first print, after a little bit of carving, came to mind when I thought of the topic of flexibility. I really liked the result.
