i bring you a studio update.

i finished the neon shapes but feel this painting is still missing something.

i begin a commission

a person wants a special painting that is based off my fathers work. in his painting there are birds and his face in the background. I figured out what i was going to do and it turned out pretty good.

i fixed up an old small one

by adding leftover oil paint, i lightened this one up a bit.

i have a decent body of work here, that needs to be properly photographed and sold.
i am at over 15 pieces so it is time to schedule that photo shoot.

"ancestral Patterns (hidden bull)" is the proper name for this piece i guess. It used to be called Hidden Bull RN. lol (hidden bull run!) because there is a hidden bull in it. I wonder how that happened? Maybe my ancestors painted bulls on cave walls...

this one turned out all right. lighter, and more abstract.

lots of Chi by this massive old tree, plus the trunk is so wide it blocks peoples view of me as they come in the door (hopefully).
