Una vez más me uno al concurso de arte de Splinterlands esta vez mucho más atenta, comencé mi ilustración con bastante tiempo, estoy muy feliz de la carta elegida para esta semana y del resultado de esta ilustración, les contaré un poco del personaje que elegí en esta ocasión, se trata de la condesa Sinash me encantó su biografía, es una vampira con sangre demoniaca en sus venas, desde muy joven tuvo mucha curiosidad de las artes oscuras practicada por sus padres y origen de su gran su poder, es así que espiando dichas reuniones secretas que se enteró de sus verdaderos orígenes... y lejos de horrorizarse se sentía cautivada por el poder que podía desarrollar.

Once again I join the Splinterlands art contest this time much more attentive, I started my illustration with plenty of time, I am very happy with the card chosen for this week and the result of this illustration, I will tell you a little about the character I chose this time the Countess Sinash I loved her biography, she is a vampire with demonic blood in her veins, from a very young age she was very curious about the dark arts practiced by her parents and the origin of her great power, it is by spying on these secret meetings that she found out about her true origins. ... and far from being horrified, she was captivated by the power she could develop.
Es una mujer audaz, despiadada y sadica que no duda en volver cualquier escenario en una carnicería, su sed de poder la ha llevado a enfrentarse a todos su detractores, saliendo con sobrada ventaja airosa de todos lo enfrentamientos, pude imaginarla con una gran sonrisa mientras masacra a los cazadores, es un personaje que me cautivo, es mala, lo sabe y no se arrepiente.
She is a bold, ruthless and sadistic woman who does not hesitate to turn any scenario into a slaughter, her thirst for power has led her to confront all her detractors, coming out of all the confrontations with flying colors, I could imagine her with a big smile while she massacres the hunters, she is a character that captivated me, she is bad, she knows it and she does not regret it.
Para la pose del personaje tomé algunas fotos de mi misma, haciendo la pose que quería para ella, un poco parecida a la mostrada en la carta con una de sus manos hacia adelante sosteniendo una bola de fuego y magma; la otra hacia arriba conjurando más fuego, por supuesto en su rostro una amplia sonrisa y ojos espectantes y fascinados ante el nivel de su propio poder.
For the pose of the character I took some photos of myself, making the pose I wanted for her, a bit similar to the one shown in the card with one of her hands forward holding a ball of fire and magma; the other upward conjuring more fire, of course on her face a wide smile and eyes wide and fascinated at the level of her own power.
Una vez coloqué los colores base en toda la ilustración continue con los tonos en su piel, teniendo en cuenta la gran bola de fuego frente a ella, mucho de su rostro estaría teñido de tonos amarillos, al igual que el resto de su palida piel, en contraste use tonos grises para las áreas de sombras.
Uno de los detalles que más disfrute colorear fueron sus manos las cuales estan recubiertas de una especie de escamas o roca, agrietada y cuyo interior esta compuesto de magma, dividí cada una de las falanges de sus dedos y tambien seccione su palma y le di la textura propia de las rocas.
Once I placed the base colors throughout the illustration continue with the tones on her skin, taking into account the great ball of fire in front of her, much of her face would be tinged with yellow tones, as well as the rest of her pale skin, in contrast I used gray tones for the shadow areas.
One of the details that I most enjoyed coloring were her hands which are covered with a kind of flakes or rock, cracked and whose interior is composed of magma, I divided each of the phalanges of her fingers and also sectioned her palm and gave it the texture of the rocks.
A continuación, proseguí con su vestuario el color morado de este vestido es muy bonito, debia elegir un nuevo tono para las luces, asi que lo que hice fue mezclar naranja con el violeta hasta crear el color ideal, este vestido tenía muchas lineas y una vez hice un degradado general, comence a hacer cada una de las secciones formadas por lineas diagonales
En este punto definí también la bola de roca volcánica, magma y fuego en sus manos y los detalles dorados de su vestido; para la capa o manto es sus hombros tuve bastantes dudas sobre como debia ser la forma en que debía levitar, así que la elimine momentaneamente para seguir con el resto de la ilustración.
Next, I continued with her costume the purple color of this dress is very nice, I had to choose a new tone for the lights, so what I did was to mix orange with violet to create the ideal color, this dress had many lines and once I made a general gradient, I began to make each of the sections formed by diagonal lines.
At this point I also defined the ball of volcanic rock, magma and fire in her hands and the golden details of her dress; for the cloak or mantle on her shoulders I had some doubts about how it should be the way she should levitate, so I eliminated it momentarily to continue with the rest of the illustration.
Una de las cosas que más disfruto pintar y donde queria poner mucho énfasis era su rostro, como mencioné anteriormente tenía muy claro la expresión que quería para ella, muy cruel, pero tambien algo de inocencia (no se si esto esta bien expresado realmente) ya que ella siente tanta fascinación por el poder, tanto que no le importa arrebatar vidas para obtenerlo o para demostrarlo; hice sus ojos grandes y brillantes llenos de ilusión por su poder.
One of the things I most enjoyed painting and where I wanted to put a lot of emphasis was her face, as I mentioned before I was very clear about the expression I wanted for her, very cruel, but also something of innocence (I don't know if this is really well expressed) since she feels so fascinated by power, so much that she doesn't mind taking lives to get it or to show it; I made her eyes big and bright full of illusion for her power.
Este es el primer resultado sin el manto, ambas versiones me gustaron mucho, quise crear un paisaje algo solitario y oscuro detrás, asi que solo coloqué algunas paredes de grandes y rústicos bloques de piedra y llamaradas en primer plano, lo que me hace pensar que en este momento solo esta entrenando en alguna mazmorra de su castillo.
This is the first result without the cloak, both versions I really liked, I wanted to create a somewhat lonely and dark landscape behind, so I just placed some big rustic stone block walls and flares in the foreground, which makes me think that at this moment he is just training in some dungeon of his castle.
