This is my stash with RUNES in D2R.
I spent a lot runes for RUNEWORDS, i make some armours for low lvl caracters, i make some wands for Necromancer and other stuff.
Day before i own:

Other are low runes.
Ral runes i spent on crafting, i try to make amulet.
To craft amulet need:
1 magic amulet
1 Perfect Ametist (PAM)
1 Jewel
1 Ral
I make 6 amulets but i dont like any of them so i sold it.
Lets see some runewords:
Spirit can be in Sword or Shield, this is shield. Monarh is shield with 156 STR need to use, so is very good shield to use, mabey best for many caracters in game. Also i have perfect roll with 35% cast rate, so this shield is MAXIMUM.
Insight is weapon for follower, this weapon is good because give MEDITATION AURA, so you dont have problems with MANA anymore! That is good for casters.
Black is low level weapon, i find Superior Erhernal Flail so i make this weapon. I dont test weapon for now, mabey i will try it on paladin.
This is also Insight but little better level and stats.
One more weapon for second hand, every one need that sword because of warrior buffs.
And my Best weapon from runewords:
This bow is late game, and RUNES are TOO EXPENSIVE. With Jah rune can make Enigma runeword in armour, many people use it because of teleport skill.
