Everytime someone talks against religious extremists the religious moderates always come out to remind us that it is not every member of their religion that are extremists, that a lot of them are moderates and good, etc.
But the following argument shows that the simple existence of a remarkable number of extremists in your religion shows you that you god is either false or evil and if you were really a good person you would leave that religion.
Why?
In order to excuse themselves religious moderstes always say that the extremists are misguided, that they misunderstood some scriptures or something. Now have they ever said their god is prone to mistakes or clumsy at times? No, they never say so, instead they say their god is perfect and infallible.
Now if you have a god who is perfect and infallible, and according to you he guided the writing of your scriptures then isn't he supposed to be blamed for the misguiding, ambiguous and highly misunderstandable parts?
Remember also that they claim this god is all knowing and cam see the future, so when he was introducing his religion and guiding the writing of his scriptures, why didn't he see it in the future that these words being written would lead a lot of people to be extremists and terrorists and then change the words and put them in a way that would never lead to such evil?
It's either it is a lie that the god does not exist and didn't guide the writing of any scripture or creation of any religion, or the god is an evil incompetent nitwit that shouldn't be worshipped.
It's as simple as that, and if you're a wise critical thinker and a good person you would now realize that your religion is therefore thrash.
Or else how can you say a god guided the writing of scriptures and creation of religion, he is a perfect god who can see the future, but yet didn't see how his religion amd writings would create monsters. Didn't see how it would misguide people and create extremists. It's a huge shame, really.
