In early March it was six months since I started blogging on hive. At the end of March, the entire platform, including the QUAC community, celebrates its first anniversary.
At first I wandered here like a blind kitten. Friends who brought me here gave advice on where best to write. My first posts are funny, because they have literally a few words and 2-3 photos. I was afraid to write more so as not to bother people!!!
And so @olga.maslievich and @bugavi advised to write more in QUAC, because there is always stable support for @blocktrades.
Moreover, here you can write only in Ukrainian. There are rules clearly spelled out. And I like it!! It's easier to create when you have a starting point. As time goes on, we grow and improve together with the community, draw conclusions about our own shortcomings and try to create even better.
На початку березня виповнилось півроку як я на hive. Наприкінці березня святкує 1 рочок вся платформа і зокрема спільнота QUAC.
Спочатку я бродила тут як сліпе кошеня. Друзі, які привели мене сюди, давали поради куди краще писати. Мої перші дописи смішні, бо у них буквально кілька слів та 2-3 фотографії. Я боялася написати більше, щоб не набридати людям.
І ось Оля та Віка порадили більше писати у QUAC, бо тут завжди є стабільна підтримка @blocktrades.
Тим паче тут можна писати лише українською. Мені сподобалося те, що тут є правила, чітко прописані. Так легше творити! Коли маєш точку для відправлення! Минає час, ми зростаємо і вдосконалюємося разом зі спільнотою, робимо висновки про власні недоліки і стараємося творити ще краще.
So, here are a few traits that impress me in the QUAC community:
1.Support of the Ukrainian language. Speaking of reality, Ukrainians in the 31st year of independence often fight for their right to speak and hear their native language in the public sphere. And in the QUAC community there is an opportunity to improve their own knowledge of the state language. Language = consciousness. People involuntarily develop patriotism, lively, not just demonstrative. By the way, maybe this is a strict rule about language and deters some users from joining the community?
For me as a reader, the main thing is not the number, but the quality of the participants, well, that is, their content! But apparently the network has some rules, so QUAC encourages us to invite friends and "breed".
Maybe this is right, because standing still is equivalent to taking a step back.
Отож, кілька рис, які мені імпонують саме у спільноті QUAC:
1.Підтримка української мови.
Якщо говорити про невіртуальну реальність, то українці на 31-му році незалежності досить часто виборюють своє право розмовляти і чути рідну мову у громадській сфері. А тут, в спільноті QUAC є змога розвиватись і вдосконалювати власне знання державної мови, це справді цінно. Мова = свідомість. Люди мимоволі розвивають у собі патріотизм, живий, а не просто показушний. До речі, можливо саме це строге правило про мову і стримує частину користувачів hive від вступу у спільноту?
Для мене як читача головне не кількість, а якість учасників, ну тобто їх контенту! Але мабуть мережа має якісь свої правила, тому QUAC заохочують нас запрошувати друзів і "розмножуватися". Може в цьому є рація, бо стояння на місці рівнозначне кроку назад.
2.Availability of rules and support for quality articles. You can not follow the rules... But then you will not be included in the sample. It's very simple:) That's why most people try and it's usually interesting to read. I believe that there should be strict requirements for photo quality. Because I noticed that some users have a better literary part than the design.
2. Наявність правил та підтримка якісних статей. Правила можна не виконувати... Але тоді ти не потрапиш у вибірку. Все дуже просто:) Тому більшість людей старається і читати зазвичай цікаво. Вважаю, що мають бути строгі вимоги до якості фото. Бо я помітила, що у деяких юзерів літературна частина якісніша за оформлення.
3."Your own to your own" (it seems it does not translate:) + chamber atmosphere. Our community can be compared to a concert of chamber music in a small hall... Twilight, a small number of listeners and performers. All as one family.
In general, the hive really looks like a hive. There are many communities, articles, people. You can easily get lost.
Instead, in QUAC, we usually read each other. And because there are few participants, and because Ukrainian (I know English at the elementary level) and because it's interesting!
3. "Свій до свого по своє" + камерна обстановка. (Камера означає кімната, якщо шо). Нашу спільноту можна порівняти з концертом камерної музики у якомусь невеликому залі... Напівтемрява, невелика кількість слухачів і виконавців. Всі як одна сім'я.
Загалом Hive дійсно схожий на вулик. Тут багато спільнот, статей, людей. Можна легко загубитись. Пройшло трохи часу, поки я зрозуміла що якщо у мене наприклад 150 голосів, то невідомо скільки людей прочитали статтю чи хоч подивилися картинки.
Натомість у QUAC ми зазвичай читаємо один одного. І тому що учасників мало, і тому що укрмова (я знаю англійську на початковому рівні) і тому, що цікаво! Найпростіший спосіб дізнатися, що тебе читають - коменти. Якщо ми спілкуємося, тоді hive це соцмережа, а не просто заробляння крипти.
4.Financial reward for diligence. In the international community, even a good article may not be noticed ... And in QUAC 99.9% that you will receive an award. Then there is an incentive to continue working.
It is in the Ukrainian space that I publish my poems and promote my #fridaypoem initiative. It is still difficult for me to translate poetry into English so that it is artistic. And here in the style of freewrite you can create anything ... Within reason :)
4. Фінансова нагорода за старання. В міжнародних спільнотах навіть хорошу статтю можуть не помітити... А в QUAC 99.9% що отримаєш нагороду. Тоді є стимул працювати далі. Саме в українському просторі я публікую свої вірші і пропагую свою ініціативу #fridaypoem. Перекладати поезію англійською мені поки що важко, щоб це було художньо. А тут у стилі фрірайт можна творити все що завгодно... У розумних межах:)
