There's something that I couldn't help but realize throughout the past years; and it's that whenever I'm not too anxious and overconcerned about the outcome, it almost always works for me.
This was super obvious with the interviews I had; I got accepted in each and every interview when I wasn't anxious or concerned about the outcome, when I was indifferent to the result, on the other hand, when I tried so bad to do everything I can to get the job, I didn't.
Very often we have this assumption that if we fail in something, it's going to be the end, and if you have this feeling about anything, I can almost guarantee your failure.
But, does that mean you just shouldn't care? Not exactly, care is essential for success too, but just never have this feeling that your life would be wrecked if something didn't go in your favor, because it wouldn't.
This is a friendly reminder that we almost always have the chance to start all over, use the past failures to succeed, if you fail, it wouldn't be the end of the world.
Do everything you can to be well-prepared, but don't consume yourself worrying about the result.
