Either they are some assignments or they are articles, writers enjoyed them a lot. Sometimes writer is confined to write a specific story or article and sometimes he has freedom to write anything funny and Entertaining for his readers. In both cases, there should be adopted many caring things for readers. Our writing script should be easy to understand and simple. For the seek of reader ease, different content writers have different strategies.
As nowadays content writing is very hot department but it needs some tools for getting good impressions. In old ages, people like to write hard copy of letters that also have different tools like convenience, pages and delivery by hand or delivery by vehicles etc.
Now, we are in advance era, everyone who knew how to read and right, can be a content writer but there are very few writers who are effective in their contents. Today, I want to share some tools that I 'm using currently to get good impression on my posts in Hive Platform.

- Canva
- Plagiarism Checker
These above four tools, I used in my every article to save my post from spelling and Grammer mistakes, design some banners, logos and thumbnail for my post and to make Plagiarism Free content.
Heading Analyzer:
Heading is the most important part of your article. It played the key role in our content. A good heading attracts a good number of readers. Moreover, the half story can be predicted from a heading. Our Heading should have good score. It should be easy to read, simple and positive in sentiments. There are many Heading Analyzer applications available on Google play store. I often use free websites for the analysis of my heading. My favorite heading analyzer website is AIOSEO.
Grammerly:
In content writing, spelling and Grammar mistakes creat the gap between readers and writers. To minimize this gap, I like to use Grammerly. This application is my favorite during writing a post on the hive platform. It not only helped me in correction of my mistakes but also helped me providing some hints and words in the form of synonym and antonym that I can replace by some tough phrases. This application has many good features in Premium Version. Moreover, you can download it from Google play and enjoy it's free version as well.
Canva:
Canva is the best application for the freelancer. It is easy to design many logos, banners, flowcharts, brochures and thumbnails. It has a search engine where we can search our key word. The different number of helping templates are available and can be edited. It is the top application used by many freelancers.
Plagiarism Checker:
After the Discovery of Artificial Intelligence, it is hard to find genuine content. Artificial Intelligence was invented for human ease but its unethical use in content writing made me disappointed like many authors. Many scammers used AI tools in content writing. This type of writing has no sentiments and emotions that a reader mostly wants. Before publishing my post, I used Plagiarism Checker to make my content genuine. It increases the authenticity of author and builds trust in the heart of the reader. There are many free Plagiarism Checker websites that you can use to save yourself and your content from the category of Plagerist.
Conclusion
Content writing is an art that we should learn from well reputed Influencers. A writer is successful when he is able to convince a reader. He should use simple language so that everyone can read it easily. He should take care about spelling and grammar mistakes because they changed the Ascent of the topic. To bridge the gap between readers and writers, many writers used different tools. I 'm using currently four tools that are amazing and helping me in developing good impression in my articles.
