**
Hello friends, this is my storyline on this weeks conteat write up on the topic under review:**
A picture is worth more than a thousand words.
A picture they say is worth more than a thousand words.
Yes, I concur, a picture goes beyond the horizon, it captures and represents reality, fiction and surreal moments.
It captures our ups, down, bright and dark times. It tells the good , the bad and ugly stories of our moments.
But sometimes, it even captures more, it collates moments once lived and now immortalised, moments we cherish and moments we struggle to explain.
Sometime ago, I tried to figure out a football scene spot on puzzle and guessed wrongly because the picture told a different story from my guess.
Every picture has its untold story, it may be of tear, failure, chaos, and war. but a second and deeper look at that picture may depict victory, bravery, courage and happiness.
Every colour, lighting and shadow of a picture has a voice, even the background has its untold story lying in the quietness of the painting.
A picture gives us a sense of reflection, a time taking back to deep thought and recharge unlike words which may need mere interpreters for immediate understanding.
No wonder recently, we have on some printed event programmes a space captioned with picture speaks
A picture may speak , adversity, struggle and pain to one and to another victory, fame , and bravery.
Whatever it speaks to you, let it speak, let it keep you moving with the notion that life is not a story told in paragraphs but it is lived in moments and those moments are captured and preserved in pictures.
In this picture, it simply looked like a work of sculpture made with clay and paints.
But a second , deeper look presents to me an art work of a Shark filled with moments of fiction emotions, and a possible fairy storyline of courage and humour without an atom of word.
Firstly, I can see a bold moment of a diver swimming beside a shark.
In real moment, this depicts danger, tension and risk. Come to think of it, who would dare come close to a shark In real life?
Secondly, its wide fiercely looking teeth indicating danger but lo! behind the Shark is a calm tiny fish swimming with the Shark as if to say, "fear not, I am with you." "Not all threats are what they seem"
This picture does not just say a thousand words. It depicts a thousand question and emotions to me.
Questions like is this Shark alive or dead and floating in the River or just a mere predator?
Probably, No, but did the sculptor/artist just painted a story line filled with humour and bravery?
Conclusively the picture does not just say a thousand words, it tells a thousand story line, depicting emotions like fun, fear, thrill and bravery.
This emotions challenged my first impression, it took me back to a pause, a rethink , a second thought and a come back.
Locked into deeper look of raw, bold and visual analysis of the picture in silence.

Alas! I realised that yes, the picture worth just more than a thousand words.**
Thank you friends for the engagement in anticipation.
I look forward to the next engagement.
