There is a different between development and growth. Charisma and character, reputation and integrity. Character is the bedrock for a lasting destiny. Obviously many are growing but are not developing, tongue talking christians but bankruptcy of character, having reputations but void of integrity, full of gifts but deficiency of fruits.

It is possible to grow without development, but it is impossible to developed without growing. Today many are full of leaves but lack fruits, they bear leaves instead of fruits, they are know and addressed by their leaves, gifting, reputations, and charisma rather than their fruits. Today there are so many ministries, but few characters, some ministries and purpose spring up out of gifting not fruits, out of charisma not character.
Leaves, gifts, charisma, reputations has the abilities to attract and gathered but lack capabilities to keep and sustained. Friends, the question is what is your life producing? Leaves or fruits, do you have charisma and lack character, are you growing in gifts and not developing fruits.
Hmmm, this is what it mean to be a blessing, when men looks at you, come closer to quench their thirsts out of the living water that flows out of your belly, to sanctified their hunger from the fruits your life is producing.
Note, that the danger of growing without development is a curse, to bear leaves without fruits is to be curse, it means to ends up as a curse to humanity and as a waste.
Therefore to stand, withstand, outstand, and last in life and in destiny, you need and must develop the capacity of your mind through selective and diligent study of the word of God, and relevant materials. Your mind is a flower. God bless you...
