So can the eye see beyond what it sees? It is mentioned the eyes notice someone looking at them with big pupils.
Now from far away I don't notice the size of the pupils, but on an unconscious level can your eyes notice the eyes of the opposite sex that are staring at you with wide pupils. Maybe at an unconscious level your eyes can notice such a thing.
Sometimes I go to the store and I look at someone and that person looks at me. Did they notice, consciously or unconsciously the size of my pupils?
If this is true, how much more a person that is celibate, and doesn't masturbate currently, and gave up porn, would not his pupils get wide naturally?
Them that are in the Lord, would give up fornication, and masturbation and pornography. I would image there senses are more normal and their pupils would dilate naturally.
Of course a guy that has a lot of sex, fornication and masturbation and porn, maybe their pupils will not act in such a way, as they are over stimulated and their pupils don't work that way usually and thus can not notice such a change in pupils. Of course the scriptures tell us not to fornicate and not masturbate, as that is equal to having sex with someone in your heart, as Jesus mentioned to us and of course the same goes with watching porn, for in watching porn that is the same as lusting after a woman in your heart also.
Now the girl herself might be what Hall and Oats sing about, the Maneater, looking for the next monkey branch to swing on.
Of course you wouldn't want one of those, maneaters.
Now if you are in the Lord, you would want one that is in the Lord also. So hopefully a man in the Lord will find a woman in the Lord and they can become one.
It all starts with a certain look. Remember that song, The Look Of Love? So there are facial features that show the look of love.
But mostly, it might just be in the eyes.
Let's end with a scripture, as it is written, with Jesus speaking, The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. Matthew 6:22.
