This animal goes by different names; cougar, puma, panther and of course, mountain lion. Some people believe the mountain lion is different from the cougar but major opinion says otherwise. Since it is a terrestrial animal, it is also hunted like the rest of the animals. I also heard it is at the verge of habitat loss because of hunting. Certainly there can a balance between humans and animals without each one affecting the other.
