In the dizzying hustle and bustle of today's life, stopping for five minutes may seem like a waste, but those fleeting moments can be a haven of peace, a primordial place to find yourself. Meditating, even if it is for a short time, helps us to see the now more clearly, appreciate what has been achieved and rethink the path.
In those five minutes of internal silence, we can inhale deeply and hear what we usually ignore: emotions, doubts, small joys, it is in that cessation where thought is cleaner, more sincere. We give voice to our fears and sometimes, we find answers that the daily hubbub hides from us.
Thinking does not always need to be philosophizing with intensity, it could simply be thanking, excusing or consciously planning, so those five minutes a day can be a strong instrument of well-being, emotional balance and personal growth. Because in such a short time, the soul can express itself, well and if we listen to it, the day mutates, in such a way that perhaps, even our life.
