You can't burn one particular bridge to keep the zombies away. All bridges somehow led to you; they’ll find ways to get to you somehow.
You can never get away without a scratch, or in this case, burned. It's bad enough when they are coming for you, but when you obstruct or try to resist them, you will make them mad because by then you will become their sole target.
They will come for you at all costs. No cost to them, actually, just collateral damage. They are heartless because zombies don't have a heart; it's only a piece of rotten meat in that rib cage.
You have to burn them all until those bridges lead to nowhere and never back at you.
Complete isolation- a bridge to nowhere is the only way to keep yourself safe.

Freewrite Writing Prompt Day 2797: A BRIDGE TO NOWHERE by @Freewritehouse. Thanks to @marianneweste @latino.romano, @wakeupkitty, and @felt.buzz
I'm writing as hellobritt on PEAKD and emmabritt on Steemit due to my initial ignorance about the workings of Hive blockchain.
But I'm still Britt either way.
Here's My Introductory Post from the other side.
