I have this fear of being in the way and being unuseful to the company.
So, I'd try to do everything I've seen, treating it as if it were my own company, thinking what I would do if I were the boss.
I'm also willing to learn, even if it's not within my area of expertise. Anything can be learned, right? I
Never say I don't know or give up without attempting to figure things out. Sometimes, the thought process is more important than the answer itself.
I aspire to be a useful worker ant, contributing positively to the company. And when I run my own business, I won't need the brightest bulb in the room, but rather someone ordinary and genuinely willing to learn. No fantastical personality or egoistic behavior.
This makes the humble eager learner my favorite ant.
