Leading a group or an organization is not something simple, since this requires a lot of dedication, character, motivation, patience, understanding and many other skills that sometimes we do not have as a person, it is possible that we are skilled in a particular area, but we have deficiencies in others that we need to cover if we want to succeed.
That is where there is a need to form a team that can complement each other to achieve the objectives efficiently and thus be able to achieve success in everything that this group or organization undertakes.
In the call to leadership it is very common to see how there are situations that suddenly arise and jeopardize the success of any activity or project that is being worked on.
These situations that become an emergency often exceed the response capacity of the leader or the person in charge of the project; a leader aspires to have in his team people who in the midst of a situation like this can say "calm, everything is settled".
Not only for a leader, I think it is very healthy for any group to have people who are pro-active, resourceful and able to work under pressure to solve unexpected problems.
Personally I work with people of whom I am very proud, although we may not have worked on a major project, many times when the situation gets complicated I have heard this phrase "everything is settled" and I confess that it is something encouraging when the situation has gotten out of control.
Sometimes it is very difficult to solve a failure, a situation that gets out of control and the least expected happens, but it is a great advantage to have this kind of people because they reduce considerably the percentage of failure.
Ok greetings, that's all for this delivery and hopefully everything is settled for you.
Let me know what you think!
