A drop of water reminds me of a children's song I used to listen to a lot.
Now that I am a teenager, that innocent song sounds creepy. An old man bumping his head, going to bed, and not waking up the next day is scary.

I imagine this old man, alone, looking for a house to buy. He finds a bargain in a place like New Mexico or Arizona. It's dry and solitary.
However, when he moves in, the whole house is leaking; quite strange, since in this far away lands it never rains.
You can hear children voices singing the song in the backgorund and the house starts doing strange things that make the old man think it wants to kill him. The floor breaks misteriously; objects move without explanation. A piece of ceiling falls on his head. He does not pay much attention to it and decide to go to sleep.
"Tomorrow will be another day," but he never wakes up.
