Unproductive but good day

Hello everyone! It's me again with another blog. It's the last day of June, and since morning it has been raining heavily. In such weather, my body demanded that I sleep more, and in the morning I decided to sleep more because I had nothing important to do outside of home.

Approximately at 9 a.m. I opened my eyes, and I saw my brother was ready to go to his school, which was surprising because it was raining heavily. I asked him why he was going to school in that kind of situation, and in reply, he said he needed to go there to pay the exam fee, which will start on July 3. After the little conversation, my sleepy eyes could not hold back and I went to sleep again, and I woke up from sleep at 10:15, if I remember correctly.

After taking breakfast, I turned on my computer and became active in Hive. The rain was nonstop, and an electricity issue started. So I shut down my PC. For more than an hour, I spend gossiping and discussing some family matters with my mother and sister. I know that kind of moment didn't add any financial value, but I think it was necessary because that kind of moment makes the bond stronger between family members, and I really care about it. Even I don't use my smartphone while I spend time with my family.

My mother cooked biryani today, and in the rainy weather, it was a superb idea. Naturally, I am a biryani lover, and the moment means that in rainy weather, biryani becomes more delicious and tasty. The biryani was so good that my sister tried to take credit for it, saying that she instructed my mother about how to cook it. Technically, she was saying the right thing because today the biryani was made according to a different recipe, and for that, I think she deserves little credit, but in the case of cooking, all credit goes to my mother.

After lunch, I became sleepy, went to sleep again, and slept for approximately 3 hours. I don't sleep too much, but today my body was trying to sleep more; maybe it's the demand of the weather. Waking up, I started to write my research paper, but I could not give it my full attention, so I decided to skip it for today, and I acted based on my decision.

I was not trying to make my day productive, and maybe that's why I started to watch anime. I was watching it on YouTube, and I spent a lot of time on it. Later, I felt I should wait some time and do a little engagement with others. I don't know why I found in Hive today that the activity of users is a little bit low. The possible reason could be the weekend, but I am not sure about it.

So, in a word, it was an unproductive day for me, but it was enjoyable. I think it's not necessary to make a free day productive. Sometimes we need to give some time to ourselves. I was thinking many times about what to write about for today, and I had many options, but in the end, I decided to finish my month with a very simple post. So I tried my best to keep it simple, and I hope it was very easy to understand for you as well.
