Greetings my lovely friends. How are you all doing today 🏵️?
Sometimes in life, people are quick to label what they don’t understand as a weakness. They look at someone who acts differently, learns slowly, speaks in a certain way, or doesn’t fit into the common style, and they say, That one has a problem.
But the truth is, what people often call a deficiency is not a deficiency at all. It could just be a different way of growing, thinking, or expressing what’s inside.
Not everyone fits into the same box, and that’s okay. Just because a flower doesn’t bloom at the same time as the rest doesn’t mean it’s broken.

There are people who don’t talk much, but they think deeply. Some may not read fast, but they understand more than they show. Others may not be good with numbers, but they can fix things with their hands in a way that even the most educated people can’t. These are not signs of lacking something—they are signs of having something different, something special. We must stop measuring people with the same ruler and start seeing that uniqueness is not a mistake.
When a child is not doing well in school, we are quick to say they are dull. But maybe they just need to learn in another way. When someone is shy or quiet, we think they are weak. But inside them might be strength that only shows up in silence. Everyone carries a gift, a strength, a light, but it doesn’t always shine in the way others expect. That doesn’t mean the light is not there.
Calling something a deficiency when it is not can break someone’s confidence. It can make them hide their true self, feel ashamed, or believe they are not good enough. But once you begin to see that being different is not being less, your mind opens, and your heart learns to respect every type of person. So, before you judge or label, pause and ask yourself what if this is not a deficiency, but simply a different way of being? Because many times, the very thing we think is lacking is actually a hidden strength waiting to be understood.
