When I see the image I immediately think of human evil, in fact his eyes make me think of those malicious people who are always watching what others do to find a weak point and attack them there, trying to do as much damage as possible.

I do NOT believe that people are already evil when they are born, this is a feeling that leaves conscience aside, something that we all carry, but that some simply ignore, leaving a trail of evil at every step, while those who are the opposite must be vigilant to defend themselves from these attacks and clothe themselves in something called faith.
