I would like to do daily-prompt challenge in a story-based style today. So, the prompt is "Continuation". Here is the input from my end:

In a world ravaged via darkness, hope clung to a single flame. It used to be stated that the flame held the energy of continuation, successful of reviving life. A younger lady named Lily set out on a treacherous quest to guard it. Her trip was once stuffed with trials, however she remained determined. Along the way, she encountered type souls who provided training and strength. Finally, after overcoming the last obstacle, Lily reached the fabled Chamber of Continuation. With trembling hands, she positioned the flame in its rightful holder. The darkness retreated, changed by a shiny dawn. The cycle of life had been restored, thanks to Lily's unwavering courage.
