In the dark days of the pandemic,
A hollow in the chest, a fear that entangles.
People with fear-filled gazes,
Thinking of death, looking for its cry.
Death wandered the deserted streets,
Looking for passengers, sowing uncertainties.
We clung to hope, to life,
Those days of the pandemic, a challenge like no other,
We looked into each other's eyes, sharing the fear in silence,
And together we resisted, fighting against the inclement fate.
